Hello Bharat. May I say how much I enjoy your channel and making your recipes. As a strict vegetarian I find your channel very useful and the recipes are excellent. Although I’m not a Hindi speaker your videos are so clear I don’t find this an issue. I’ve just bought a few bunches of fresh methi from the local Indian supermarket and have just made this aloo methi ready to use as packed lunch when I’m at work. It’s a very tasty lunch and I appreciate your efforts. 🙏 🇬🇧🙏

Bitterness of methi is reasonable.It is not at all that bitter.Each and every vegetable has its own taste and flavour.And everybody has their own taste and likings.So many people like bitter gourd and methi as it is as am I.So I am definitely going to try this recipe.Thanks for sharing this recipe,
