Bacon and mushrooms has become a staple of mine. So easy and so good, especially after some longbottom leaf. Simply fry up some bacon then fry your mushrooms in the bacon fat. My buddy hates mushrooms, refuses to eat them in any form. But he'll eat my bacon and mushrooms
