Highly recommend VanderVeer neighborhood! Close to events at St Ambrose University, and as you stated - downtown. We are close to the bike path, and walking distance to lots of amenities. Our neighbors pull together barbecues have been known to have bbqs and ice cream socials. Great place to live! Thx for sharing the positives of Davenport!
Many parts of davenport many thought were bettendorf. If you go up Utica Ridge Rd turn right on terrace park Dr. The north side is davenport yet the southern part. Literally cross the street is bettendorf.

That's really great to hear from someone in the neighborhood! Always trying my best to highlight everything about the Quad Cities.

It's Crow Creek. Not Terrace Park
There was a folk song in the early 60s called “Little Boxes “ made of Ticky Tacky? 😮 reminds me of that Ridgeview neighborhood. 😮
Why does it remind you if that?
@@LIVINGINTHEQUADCITIESBecause as you said, the houses are cookie cutter type of construction, cheaply made, and are all similar to one another.
