I need help, what's the differences between 1JZ inlet manifolds? Are any the same as 2JZ GE? Is there anything available to fit 1JZGE?

No 2jz manifold will fit the 1jz. You’re stuck welding on generic 2jz eBay plenum. If you want front intake for a non turbo 1jz

So can I put a gte manifold on a is300

The is300 is a ge. The gte lower runners will not fit. You can use a gte upper manifold with a Dodo racing lower runner adapter. There is also a cheaper plate adapter. But that will not fit under the is300 hood.

Well that settles that. I guess there is no running the GTE fuel rail on a DODO intake. I would have noticed those huge differences in person but my GTE intake is still in shipping and all i have here is my DODO intake and my GE intake. And i know you can't run the vvti GE injectors in the DODO intake because the vvti GE injectors are air assisted. However i do know you can run the GE still NA with the GTE ffim (ive seen it done before). But in order to do that you would need non vvti GE injectors, a fuel rail with a return port, you would need a fuel hanger with a return port, a return fuel line and a FPR. And if you're going that far you might as well not even try to run it NA with a ffim because at that point youre almost at a complete NA-T set up. But hey the intake i bought came with the Aristo fuel rail, injectors and lower runners for the same price as just an upper intake. I guess i have some stuff I can sell and recoop a bit of money from. I had a feeling i would end up buying a DODO fuel rail. Now i just need to decide what injectors to run and then i can figure out which DODO fuel rail to order.

Dodo has a good injector video. Have to look up injector calculator for the sizing.

Yeah I've watched it and I got a good idea of what will 100% work from it but I'm only going for 300 to 350hp range. And that makes me want to find a stock injector that will work along with running a stock GTE ECU as those HP numbers are easily doable on a stock ECU and possibly stock JDM 2JZGTE 440cc or RB25 370cc injectors as well. I know my injector size should be between 320cc and 400cc (rule of thumb is 1cc per HP) but injector calculators tell me 440cc which might be a bit large

@@KidsForDrugs1 can’t you use a ge vvti fuel rail or ge non vvti rail and yes oside tiger 440cc are what are in my car now. They work with the gte ecu

@@alexfrench8142 not 100% sure I can as I plan to run the GTE throttle body and I'm not sure the fuel rail will clear the throttle linkage. This is why I'm waiting until I figure out which injectors I'm going to run before I buy a fuel rail

@@alexfrench8142 now that all of my stuff has arrived I'm able to actually figure out what fits and what doesn't. I found that the Aristo/Supra 2jzgte intake support bracket should fit. I ordered one and they're only $16 new from Toyota. The GTE power steering brace is also only $40 new from Toyota. I thought you might interested to know that for $56 you can solve your intake and power steering braces with OEM Toyota stuff. I have the power steering brace here and it does fit the vvti GE if you buy the PHR vvti oil feed line (it interferes with the GE vvti oil feed line). I can let you know how the intake brace fits when it gets here if you want. I can also give you the part numbers if you want them. It took a bit of digging to find to correct part numbers for the GTE braces and confirming the Aristo GTE vvti ones were the same as the US Supra GTE non vvti braces.
