He is a licensed Architect..From floor plan and layout, the perspective of the house is made into an actual model..Everything is made according to specifications and scaled..Including the electrical layout..only an architect can do this..But i wish to see his face..☺

I have built many scale model buildings: Houses, Churches, Schools, Multi-Family, etc. Not once did I make any with reinforced concrete. I have used lightweight Spackle on topographic models to smooth out the contours.
Your detail with metal rods, forms, and mortar mix is amazing. The creative use of different materials yielded spectacular end results. Working wooden doors, patio sliders, lighting, and swimming pool put this build over the top.

보자마자 좋아요 누르고 구독합니다. 어릴때 인형놀이할때 시중에서 팔던 인형집을 보고 혼자 만들어보고 싶었던 시절이 있었는데 ㅎㅎ 이 영상보며 너무 즐거운 시간을 보냈네요. 영상은 20여분이지만 엄청난 시간과 노력을 들이셨을 작업자분께 경의를 표합니다.
