Gosh I feel for you like I said I struggled too!! Try putting it all the way up and make sure it all locks then try putting it down again. Hopefully my video helped some
@@whatshappeninwithhannahv wife came home and got it without any help. lol Sheesh! I just needed to know that Black is for extracting wheels and gray is for compacting the wheels. It just looked like black button was used for both.
The color of fabric, the handle has a different cover, the extended canopy, plus the high end one come with more accessories. I think that’s really all the differences
