Guyana has beautiful places to visit, for example, Port Kaituma, (Jonestown, where the biggest suicide occurred in 1978), the border village of Baramita in Region 1, Paruima village (where there are impressive waterfalls like: Uchii Falls, Panacima Falls and Attabrau Falls) as well as the Amerindian villages of Phillipai and Amokokupai (in the vicinity of Mount Roraima) in Region 7.
