  • In our second video of our dryland ski training series, we're talking about power! How do you create power through your turns during your downhill skiing? With these 6 exercises!

    Exercise 5: 6:46
    These power exercises can also be used throughout the season in addition to pre-season. While challenging, these exercises are a great way to get the most out of your ski season. Now, when you're working on power development, speed of movement is incredibly important. For that reason, you might want to use slightly lower amounts of weight than you would use for strength training.

    Hello, thank you for subtitled this video in French. I am Canadian, but I have a lot of difficulties with English and even more so when the subject is technical (I used translation to write to you ;) So if I can encourage you to continue French subtitles they are really appreciated. Thanks
