Josh i have the t701 it turns off at 7pm comes on at 11am when its on its 73 and runs all day till 7pm then stops running all night even if its 80 in the house it wont come on? I thot its non programmable? TIA for anybh3lp you can give!
Are u located in PA if you are I can look someday for you it's hard to tell sadly when I'm not there to see it

HL is when it’s on heat. Your is probably on cool, so you see CL (cool limit) instead of HL(heat limit)

Yes!
You can lock at like 70 so no one can go below that or where ever you would like to lock it at !!

You will go to the same set up and just turn it up as far as you want the limit is 90
