Great video! Im highly considering having a very small cheap wedding and putting all my money into a glorious Japan honeymoon instead 😂. I’m planning a trip for 2025 and judging by videos like these, I already know I’m gonna fall in love with the country 🤸🏽‍♀️

Well done video. My son and his GF have been there for more than a week, and will be coming home soon. They love it. Regards from Dr. O and my staff, Carmen and Frances. We are planning to visit Japan next year, too, hopefully during the colder months.

AHH this makes me so excited for my trip!! What did you do to plan for the trip (things you bought/Japanese you had to learn before?) Also what tips do you have for anyone before they go?? I'm so nervous for the train system because I live in California and literally don't use any trains or subways at all here lmao

You’re going to have an amazing time!! Download google maps and google translate, they will be your best friends! I’m from FL and we don’t have trains either haha the google map train directions are up to date and easy to follow.
Get an IC card at the airport when you land and you can put that in your Apple wallet and it’s super easy to get into the stations.
We downloaded a “Japanese for beginners” audiobook from the library and listened to it on the plane! That was enough to learn 5 key phrases or so.
Definitely bring some comfortable walking shoes, we did 20k-30k steps a day 😱 everything is super walkable.
A lot of things are still cash based so buy a coin purse and be prepared to exchange or pull out cash.
My favorite planning app is Wanderlog, HIGHLY recommend! It’s free, you don’t need the pro version. So easy to stay organized.
Apologies for the novel haha but hopefully it was helpful! Have fun!

Can't stand the annoying irrelevant soundtrack. The music is very disturbing. Bailed out right away.
