      Thank you for watching. I wrote in description but somehow they deleted English purchase page for Platt Kodama after this video, so now you might need to go to the counter of JR Central Tours before the departure date. It doesn't come with beer, but you can also save with online reservation for both regular car and green car. th-cam.com/video/zjiIWXZNr5Q/w-d-xo.html Hope you have a great trip.

    Thank you for this video! I'm trying to plan how I'll travel next month from Akita to Hakata. I'm traveling by Shinkansen for my first time from Tokyo but I had a couple of worries, especially considering I don't have any backup plans to stay in Tokyo during my trip. This cleared up pretty much all of my worries about things I should be aware of, and gave me some comfort and confidence I'll make it without any problems!

      Thank you for watching! I'm glad if you found the video helpful. The luggage rule applies to only between Tokyo to Kyushu. Akita to Hakata by Shinkansen sound very exciting! Akita Shinkansen in deep snow is one of the ride in my bucket list. :)

    Very helpful info. Specially explaining which one is available with JR PASS. We tried reserving it on the ticket kiosk but didn’t know which train we should be on other Not the Nozomi. I will try booking it myself again later as the line to talk to representatives are ridiculously long. Thanks again

    • @tokyokenchan
      @tokyokenchan  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes, the line is quite long and the machine is not that difficult. It only show you the trains you can get on, so no worry. Hikari is the fastest one you can take with the JR pass. I wish you good luck. :)
