Hi, Justin and Adam! (I know you guys are already home from WDW, but I thought I could answer your question involving the cute little cats you guys saw inside the Japanese castle.) The good luck cat is also known as the maneki-neko, which is literally "the beckoning cat". The reason it's good luck, is to due to the belief that having one in your store (or now modernly your home) will 'beckon' good fortune to come to you. Depending on which paw is up, it could mean they are beckoning customers or money. And if both paws are up its more like a protection talisman to help stave off calamity. The color of the maneki-neko is also important too, because it signifies what sort of fortune or good luck is being beckoned to you. For example the gold cat is for wealth and prosperity, while the pink cat is meant for romance, the green is meant for studies, and the black cat is ward away evil. There's way more to this little cute gu, so I encourage you to look into it a little more if you're really interested. :D
Epcot was such a blur for me when my family visited back in Aug. '92. All I remember is that it rained every afternoon at 1pm and that my brother was obsessed with going to the Norway section of Epcot to go on some troll inspired ride. Disney made them clear, so you couldn't hide anything underneath the solid yellow. Now that I've heard Adam's explanation, I'm not quite sure which one is true...

When the Moroccan people were building their area, you'll see that there is always some kind of imperfection , broken tile, or something. It's their belief that only God is perfect so they insisted that there be imperfections to the area.
It's been awhile since I've been there and I don't remember if this is true of any of the other stores but that store in the Japanese pavilion is a branch of an actual chain of stores in Japan. And definitely upload snapchat.
Epcot needs a distinct ride for every country that adorns its' soil. Straight up, there are not enough rides here. I know it is a theme park, but what is a theme park without enough rides, non enjoyable for me. The last time I went to Epcot Test Track was sponsored by GM, and it really hasn't added very many rides since the early 2000's . That is my opinion. But i think it is a beautiful park and very well themed, but more rides would spike attendance drastically, and make it the park to go to. A great themed ride makes them appreciate everything more along with each country a little bit more that, that said ride is themed too lol . Great video I respect Adam and Justin a lot, and keep it up that's it, God speed.

This is just like being in San Francisco's Japan Town. Japan Town SF is very fun with many great stores, shops, and food.

The mexican restaurant at Epcot has the strongest margaritas I have ever had! Couldn't even get through one without being tipsy (I"m a cheap drunk) :D
