  • Webby and Jeff teamed up to compete in a very tough 4.0 men's doubles division at the Wolverine Pickleball Smashing Summer Series #pickleball tournament. Even though it has been 3 years since they last teamed up for a tournament, do they have what it takes to make it onto the medal stand? Watch this video to find out!

You’ve got to be one of the most likable guys ever. Others have said implementing more power. Your resets are great but mix it up with some drives even from backhand side. Also try speeding it up at need during dink rally. If you never speed it up, it tells the opponent you’re a safe player to hit to.

You have a very good defensive game, Webby. As others have suggested, I'd work on your offensive skills. Another option is to stack and you play the right side where your drops, dinks and resets are excellent, and you rely on your partner's strong forehand for additional power. Keep grinding and go Tigers

Nice play, close scores most matches showed your getting more comfortable at the 4.0 level. Your footwork continues to get better...you even put your weight on the correct foot for many forehands...well done! Your put-aways are getting a bit better too!

Your partner is often caught off-guard & is not in the ready position at the net. Paddle UP! Also, his height should give him a greater advantage, which he is not often taking by reaching into the kitchen more.
Webby, you played well...just remember one partner sets up the other. 😊🎉

You're improving. I think you need more power, playing soft is ok, but sometimes to win you've got to be aggressive and put that ball away. Keep it up!

Your soft game is good, but you have absolutely no power game. Even when you get a floater you aren’t able to put it away. Start using your forehand more instead of those backhand punch shots. You will get there!
