What a great match. Ben solved Hunter problem. I thought the way Hunter had demolished Fed that he would easily beat Ben, but Ben was not rattled and mixed up his shots to unsettle Hunter. Great game. Loved it. Now we have Hunter in the mix with the top two.
That's one of the hardest parts of being a pickleball pro. People think it's easy but there's no off-season. My friend had to play 12 matches in one day before. Grueling
It's definitely easier for guys like Hunter Johnson or those kind of singles guys. Ben Johns was in Mixed and Doubles and now in Singles. Hunter Johnson was fresh that day.
@@BlGSacthat's the beauty of Ben's game. He rarely sprints. He's the master at conserving energy. He let's balls go for winner knowing he'll beat him in the long run. He understands he only needs to get 2 more points than the opponent to win the game
Even when he was clearly exhausted, Ben played a smart match; maybe not flashy, but well executed for the win. Sometimes strategy is better than pure strong shots, even though those shots are fun to watch. Good job, Ben!
Agree. Most of MLP + PPA players are ganging up on him, they all want to bring him down. lol I mean they can try but for me, Ben is just the best model of what a great player should always be. Cool, calm, classy, respectful, collected. Love watching him play and I learn a lot from him. Ben Johns is The GOAT. Period

Ben is the only men's singles player that I can think of in the top that drops all the time. Others try to pass
@@cstkch37 Dylan Frazier and Fed
So close Hunter! BJ is a class act
Congratulations Ben so terrific to watch. Ben so awesome, such skill
You can definitely tell that Ben is feeling tired from being in all 3 Sunday matches. Conditioning has to be insane.

Conditioning for pickle ball 😂

How am I not supposed to be a fan boy when Ben is simply the best.

You can grunt all you want, that won't win the match. BJ is always so calm and not letting anything change his game. He's the number 1 for a reason.

Fantastic match.
Uh random cut at 9-9
Amazing match
If Ben stays with a gen2 paddle, everybody should forget the gen 3 ones.
Where do yall think he puts all these trophies?
what happened at 9-9?
What paddle is Ben using? Why he is not using the new mod-TA?
F
hes using his gen 2 perseus. When he plays singles he doesnt like using the 3s paddle.

Where was Sock?
What a choke lol celebrating like that just to choke
Johnson ran out of gas with all his grunting and going to towel off after every stinkin shot
Still don’t get how Hunter Johnson pulled Parris Todd
He’s a stud that’s how
Shes mid…..
Hunter is very nice in person. They are compatible. I love them both. Jin
16:46 that was clearly out
Nvm there's a possibility that it could've landed in the corner
