Your each and every words are true. I faced the same issues that you faced after I paid the same amount. I never used the application for online class and preferred Zoom over it during lockdown.
I have been using Classplus app for more than 3 months as of now no issues has been occurred. But i don't like the charges they deduct 4.8% as commision from your earnings every single transaction. Features are best what i feel.

Actually classplus mere piche kafi time Tak pda hua tha ike apka khud ka app hoga and you can sell your courses but the way they approach it feels chipku types bhut muskil se unko tala hu mai minimum they call me 8 to 9 times for atleast a meeting apki video dekh k i feel mai bach gaya
I had a weird experience as a student with one of the apps developed by classplus called simplifiedminds. I had to sign up using my mobile number, gmail and name to gain access to the website which is fine but as soon as I did that I received a call from the classplus organization which disturbed me because I had never agreed to my data being shared to anyone else. Until I checked their privacy policy which stated that the app shares our data with other third party affiliates which is okay but I didn't even get any option to read their privacy policy before I signed up into the app. Other thing was that when I reinstalled the app it asked me to log back in with a number which I had never given to them as it was my brother's number, I found it really weird that the app gained unauthorized access to my contacts too. I'm not sure but the apps made by classplus definitely is shady as hell. Any opinions on this?

a lot of buyers of classpluss don't realise that they have to depend on classpluss for even simple addition of students to courses. Also if you want to get them added manually they will charge you for the processing .Why do they charge if you havent used their gateway at least for that transaction. This means you have to pay for the courses yourself even if you want to offer them for free to someone like your inhouse students. unfortunately im using it right now..but may not continue for long for sure.
In the purchase time they approach us to provide all service in Rs 16000/- then tax and annual charge, but now they asking for money to add a tiles in the application that's totally wrong. And problems not it one, many reasons that why no one should purchase the app from Classplus

It depends apko developer kaise mile hai... U can use any app of your choice. Suggested to use dedicated app for your future safety... If you are not able to afford then you can use classroom or youtube its free to use
