The highest temp was 225 but the fans came on.. I notice that my legs felt the heat.. I am a little worried what would you suggest??
that's about normal for these bikes, the fans are set to kick on at 220 , i know there's ways to have them kick on sooner but i haven't really looked into it

I think that people who remove their cat should be fined. I also doubt it brings any extra power at all.
Try using a cloth to cover your licence plate. That’s leave you a lot of editing time for the video

How did you get the exhaust pipes back on? I’m struggling to clamp it back on with the clamps that goes around

It helped a noticeable amount, if you live in a hot area or have to idle in traffic it makes a difference.

no, the cat is not metered but it is recommended to get a tune, but I did ride this bike until i sold it with around 33k miles no issues

no, the ecu on this bike does not monitor the cat like on cars so no check engine light
