So basically what you're saying Blake is that modern washers don't actually wash all that well and I'm better off keeping my 26 year old Maytag top loader running as long as humanly possible?
If it's still kicking at 26 years, keep that thing as long as you can!

So, the washer is garbage and isn't washing anything.
Not cleaning my whites has really become a problem. Embarrassing moment when removing a shoe to try on a new tennis shoe. I wanted to explain to those around me- these socks are clean! I may throw out my socks and start over. All pretreatments have failed.

What about how the HOT setting may not even be hot anymore because they add in cold water to it with some new machines?
Just put a "Y" off the hot water tap and connect both hoses to it. Unless the gov went so far as to "moniter" the hot water usage with a sensor and shut the thing off.
@@ayliniemi Well, sure, that works until I actually want to do laundry in cold or warm.
