Oh my,nonna Maria has such class and is so affectionate. Carissima signora Maria, non solo le sue ricette devono essere davvero SQUISITE, ma pure lei è squisita. Bellissima e dolcissima . Le auguro tanti anni felici e sereni.❤
I loved very much the mood of the Sicilian chapter. Nonna Maria was absolutely adorable and her passion for cookies was fantastic which she transferred us with her kindness and memories. God bless her!
Such a beautiful video. I’ve enjoyed it very much. Notice all the dishes are taught by all the Nonas. I love all the Nonas they are so adorable and full of wisdom and talent. I’ve learned so much from my Nona God bless them.
Finalmente!! Thank you Jamie for bringing your fabulous Italian region cooking episodes to TH-cam. I saw them when they came up on the Jamie Oliver channel, which was occasionally. And searched for them for so long. And now… You’re sharing them with us in an easier way to access. Grazie grazie grazie❤
Can’t wait to try these dumplings. I spent a week in Sorrento and Cinque Terre and I love the fresh simple quick delicious food. Thanks for this series…
I agree. Jamie needs to return to Italy. There are still many hidden gems that he needs to visit. Please Jamie don't divert from Italian ,authentic, rustic recipes. Because YOU and ITALY truly BELONG TOGETHER. Or as you would say..... it's the perfect combo 😂
That fish dish on the scogli looks good but l would have stopped before adding the cheese and the pistachios which were overwhelming everything that had been done until that point. Rosanna had shown you that one needs very few ingredients to get the best of flavours but Anglo chefs tend to add and add and add until no one flavour is King, barely enhanced by a few extras, and nothing coalesce. It's just a jumble of too many different textures and flavours.
It s incredible how many English people who live in Italy or deal with Italian culture like Sting and Oliver after decades still have not learned the Italian language. What's their problem?
I love this series, but could someone please teach Jamie correct English language. Every time he starts a sentence with "Me and Genaro", instead of "Genaro and I" I cringe, and he does it repeatedly.
@@pennygreenler4351 Not being "upper class" is no excuse for bad grammar. He went to schools in England, which are some of the best in the world. And so did his shows' producers. Language matters and he and the shows' producers give the impression of laziness rather than lower class.
