It's not that hard. Just as you see it in the video. Just make sure you stand on the particals of the violin (or any other object that leaves particals that you can stand on after you break it). You can check if 47's knee/leg/foot is bended a bit... It doesn't work every time tho...

I doubt it, think you will blow yourself up. I have seen someone shooting a propane at the right distance whilst standing on some particals with boosting one floor up as a result tho.
It is really as simple as what you see in the video. The problem is that the launch itself is quite random. So it might take you a good few tries to copy this. I got lucky tho and did it quite fast. Keep in mind that you want 47 to 'stand' on the particles of the violin. You can check that if his leg is bended a bit or his foot...
