- I am editing to add that this video is in no way sponsored by flip this dollhouse. I am showing what I really received in my purchase of two grab bags. When I say it was worth it, I mean it was worth it when I see what I received. I also purchased during a 50% off sale. I probably wouldn’t ever purchase this at full price. I don’t know what anyone else will receive because that is the nature of a mystery bag or grab bag. It is definitely a gamble. I am not responsible for what this company offers, I am not associated at all. I love seeing their posts on Facebook and I hope to one day visit the shop in person. I was happy with my purchase, but I am in no way trying to imply that you will receive the same.

You can put hanging baskets with trailing vines all round the house, outside and in, I would have them everywhere. Of course I am the person who bought a bag of 40 woven miniature baskets, I will never need another, it was only about £4 which works out at 10 for a quid. I have them in the old fashioned laundry as laundry baskets, in the kitchen with potatoes and in various places with bread and bottles and vegetables (I have a couple of carts that have lots of stuff in them but I havent worked out where to use them, maybe just outside the cottage with a horse. (Its my CollectA horse habit that got me into 18th scale, I must admit that although its more fiddly, you can get off with bigger dioramas. It works for Lundby and you get laser cut houses that fit perfectly.
aliexpress has those little plastic dishes and cups for under 3 dollars with shipping if I recall correctly. I got that set and a jade like one for super cheap. Just a tip. Aliexpress is hit or miss and REALLY long shipping. Just have to look at the revues for minis. Thanks for bringing us along on this adventure!

Please if you have a hobby lobby near you go visit the have items on wall like for instance spice rack is from there and for 2 dollars the vintage toy was special but other items many are under one dollar so be careful shopping
I recognize that brand. I love to patronize small businesses so I don’t mind that being in such a bargain bag. It was super fun to open and go through everything 🙂

I just bought one a week ago and it literally had garbage in it. It had:
3 bags of sticks to use as logs
2 bags with just a cloth napkin
Bag of crude PlayDoh food
A glass shade
A piece of wood
A plastic pig that was missing it's face
A glass heart that is huge & not a mini
A kit missing most of the pieces
A broken mirror that was the best item for sure
Part of the beginnings of a quilt
More crap
I asked Nathaniel, the owner, if this was typical or if I got a dud and he said, "Yes, it's typical. It says 'AS IS', right?" He ultimately said he'll send me a new bag but I shouldn't have to call him out for selling junk before he decides to make it right. I filmed me opening it as an unboxing and the video is ridiculous with me saying things like, "Please, no more sticks" and "What the hell is this?" I think the quality of these bags has gone way down.
I’m sorry you got a dud. I only can show what I received. I guess I got lucky even thought it was a LOT of baskets
That's sad, if it's broken junk, they should throw it away, not sell it
@@recoveringsoul755 Read the reviews on Etsy. The bags have been filled with cheap crap or outright trash for a while. Flip This Dollhouse established a great reputation with the bags and the quality went way down.
@@aerial_silks_hoop very disappointing, I saw a tour of his store online here, did not know he even had grab bags till now.
@@recoveringsoul755 I visited his store and wasn't impressed. It's large but the shelves against the wall were pretty empty. The prices were completely ridiculous. I usually spend hundreds at a time at dollhouse stores but I only spent $40. This was during a 60% off sale. Even at 60% off, the prices were too high.

Ive never watched one of these grab bags that looked worthwhile to me. Not a gamble I'll take.

I would have been so disappointed paying $53 for this haul 😢
I was very happy, but now that I have more shopping experience because of going to specific events like miniature expos, I know that it was probably not as worth it as I thought it was at that time. I think because I live in the middle of nowhere and I don’t have a lot of options it was pretty awesome so I would probably still do it. Especially since it was, a positive thing at the moment. Now I can be patient and wait for an event to splurge at. 😁😁😁
$59.98 is for 10 items on their ETSY shop.. looks like you got more than 10 items though...
I ordered a 5 item and a 20 item grab bag. They came packaged together. My total was awesome because it was a 50% off sale day. Follow them on FB cuz they’ll let you know when there’s a big sale. Totally worth it!
I bought a grab bag from them and was so disappointed. I got a bunch of broken and cheap garbage. I won’t ever buy anything from them again. I do better on eBay
I’m so sorry you had a bad experience. Aside from the repeat items (100 baskets 😝) I was really happy with mine. eBay is always fun. I keep notifications on Facebook marketplace and OfferUp as well. I got a HUGE museum house fully furnished. I might have to do a video on everything I got in that haul.
@@PennySizedDreadfuls Yeah, I'm sure everyone has a different experience, and I wasn't trying to be negative, nor was it aimed you specifically, so I hope you don't think that. I wanted to put it out there so people don't spend to much without trying them out first, or looking at alternatives. There just wasn't very much that was usable in my batch, and I bought a very large one.
