    Nice simplistic approach. Good job ... thanks .. Many of the small minded commenters are obviously threatened and feel a need to criticize. As Bruce Lee said: "If you're being criticized, you must be doing something right, because they only tackle the man with the ball."

    Hi explayned things ,everyone knows.Is like tell someone in details how to put food to mouth,or how to breath or shit.Every martial art is based on on stability and balanse.When you start practise Judo for example,after few weeks you start to learn Kuzushi,needed for Nage Waza (throws) technics.And this is exacly what this man showed.

    I have trouble with my balance due to an ammunition explosion. Since I love to climb I would like to know if my brain can be trained to compensate this lack of balance in the future. I´m better with standing on the right leg but standing on the left is almost impossible without falling over.

    I seen people complain about master systema saying "they are just tricking their student" well if someone can flash 1 hand and trick 1 person to false step maybe it just shows they are trying to teach you about auto-balance

  • @grave420hardcore
    @grave420hardcore 6 ปีที่แล้ว

    Are you sure the belly button is the center of balance? Cuz I've read in many articles that its in the midle of the chest, a little up from solar plexus

    • @satrioekowicaksono7452
      @satrioekowicaksono7452 6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      grave420hardcore nope. Read more, most human central gravity is located slightly above belly button.

    • @claudioss3920
      @claudioss3920 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      It's underneath the belly button, between your coxal bones and the belly button.
      It's simple physics, if you push someone from the head they will fall back, but if you push him from the belly they will entirely go back and not fall, same for the leg takedowns, you grab the legs because it's the support for the center of mass, and if you block them, then the brain would not be able to recover the support and by pushing the center of mass with your shoulder he will fall because of the belly getting out of the support.

    "Try to remember how balance is working during combat" - honestly, if you have to think about something your brain is doing automatically you are in trouble.

    1. There is only one cetre of mass/centre of gravity/CG for any given object
    2. CG never moves - unles you change the shape or the volume or the object
    3. I'm guessing you meant projection of CG on the ground - it will be along vertical line going through CG - hence the weight on the string - and yes, projection will change when you move object in relation to tge ground
    4. Centre of mass/CG doesn't have to be within the mass of the object - look at a football, empty inside, CG is precisely in the centre of it!
    Except those few details, not bad video at all

  • @jozefpalica
    @jozefpalica 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1
