Complimenti !
There is one certified Kadochnikov school in Germany Kierspe. Also our instructors are able to provide international training. You can always send us a proposal to: info@transition-crt.com
I've been doing Systema for a couple of years. Very good videos. Do you have any on breathing, though? I'm a Vasiliev student, and breathing was my first training before any combat.
the biggest thing is to stay relaxed as possible even with adrenaline rushing through you, one thing you can do is overstimulate your head with loud noises and fast pace things... or more practical have 2 of your friends come at you with intent to punch you for real in the body, not head... and train train train sparring with real intent. will cause you to overtime get more comfortable with attacks. Basic's Exhale while being punched or kicked and do it when giving the blows as well. not sure the extent of your training but there's a few tips.
@@GhostCrowGamer I'm fairly decent nowadays. We do strike drills like you suggested. My instructor has sent me to go get xrays a few times due to tensing up, haha. I am much better at absorbing and deflecting now though.
@@Andy152R that's awesome to hear! with most things in life experience comes in time. It can't be rushed. practicality and repetitions are key in martial arts.
Could you please do a full speed "fight" with no planned moves? just a few minutes, to get a feeling of what systema against systema in a "real" but not staged situation could look like. otherwise great work, ya s toboi
"fake", you don't know systema is world renowned? People that talk about martial arts are clueless. People have used martial arts for thousands of years.
Clearly very practical. And not a martial art that requires the "attacker" to be of the same style and doing what is needed to demonstrate the moves. This approach to defending agist a kick looks like it would work even if the attacker was a larger man. Or if this was taught to a female and the attacker was male. This is a martial art that was designed for the Russian military. Just as Krav Maga was designed originally for the Israel military. I just hope these guys are responsible in putting out these videos to ONLY teach fundamental self-defence techniques and not "kill tactics"...as this is a military combat defence/offence system. Knowing there WILL be idiots what will also watch these videos and will try them. Maybe on their little brothers. Kids. Best thing to do obviously would be to join a Systema school if some one truly wants to learn.
Just a general observation ive come to after years and years of listening to martial arts teachers: vpeople who wear military style clothing but arent actually involved in any military training at the moment theyre being filmed, are typically full of shit.
This is ridiculous. Who commits to a push kick like that? Please don't give these people your $ or time. Why are they wearing military uniforms? Ill answer. To seem credible to people that have never been in the military. So silly.
Finally! A very good systema video to train with. And detailed instructions for different moves.
Looks like Aikido in the intro
The explanation in their videos is so transparent and clear. They actually go into the anatomy of movement. Love it 🙏🏽

*Whoopa!*
Very good demonstration!. Are there any instructors in Germany?
There is one certified Kadochnikov school in Germany Kierspe. Also our instructors are able to provide international training. You can always send us a proposal to: info@transition-crt.com
Systema is a well thought out... "System." Very good and scientific explainations, of movements, mass, balance, and body mechanics.
What if it's a rotational kick from the side? This demonstration is a kick from the front like a jab kick?
Nice
Russians are the toughest people ever to live on earth. America is lucky to have such a rival in modern warrior culture
3:06 wopaaa
So good brother

+kachala Our organisation is located in The Netherlands yes. You can check all the information in Dutch and English on our website: transition-crt.com
Thank you, Can you make video for *How to defence **_knockout_* ??
What are you asking for?
I've been doing Systema for a couple of years. Very good videos. Do you have any on breathing, though? I'm a Vasiliev student, and breathing was my first training before any combat.
don't forget to breath?

Very well
Nice, much thinking of the Aikido... Moviments are equals ! very good... Essencials of the Aikido
+Rafael Santana some people call Systema Kadochnikova: the Russian Aikido
beautiful , Iam Aikoista in the Brazil, Rio de Janeiro. I view much influence of the Aikido
Now I know you are a fucking Aikido lover. I am Russian army msn
As an aikidoka, i think aikido as pure math and this techniques as applied ingeneering. Thanks!
got tired in a few moves, why ?
+Life Force
so lovely

otherwise great work, ya s toboi
+Krematorienrat H we show some speed motion fighting in our upcoming videos.
Don't waste your breath, dude. this is fake AF.
Nothing is impossible just perfect the system...keep on practicing to sharpen your reflexes...

The tecnic is similar to a chinis tecnicals
03:52 i think lol i know that from karate
04:03 yoko geri
good karate or judo is soft and in a flow like systema!
where are you from bro
⭐⭐⭐👍
I see a lot of kung fu in all of these methods
Not in the slightest
Kalau mau main pisau kuncinya latihan continue
id pay for these guys to go around every bar in the world so that one guy that needs to get his ass kicked does lol
So basically Aikido 👀
Systema is a multiple discipline self defense system. It takes elements from many martial arts.
@@cp368productions2 It's also shown to work like Aikido. Only works on opponents who are really clumsy and give in
Just a general observation ive come to after years and years of listening to martial arts teachers: vpeople who wear military style clothing but arent actually involved in any military training at the moment theyre being filmed, are typically full of shit.
Good job that is the great
I'm sure lots of people have made a general observation about people who talk shit in comments on TH-cam videos too.
🇨🇳🇷🇺🌏🎬👏👏👏💪💪
I don't know butt iove systemaaaa somuch its very practicable, easy to understand and ofcoursely less BULLSHITT
This reminds me of Dustin’s Dojo.
A 120 lbs female Muy Thai fighter would kick you in your weak fat gut so hard, you would shit your pants.
Now heres a martial art that can go on par with Krav Maga.
I really want to fight this guy.
😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣 never
COMPANY, COMRADES WILL YOU CONVERT TO ISLAM RELAGION.
bro u ok?
Bullshit. In a real fight the movements are not synchronized. Defender kick with the forehand? Only if you're very innocent.

u don't try u don't know, he only show a simulated situation. in real life you have to make it work yourself
Why don't you challenge them for a fight?
