I enjoy your videos! If you’ll put a damp paper towel under your cutting board it won’t slide on the countertop. Or a dab of hot glue on the four corners (let it dry obviously) to make nonskid tabs. That sliding cutting board and knife make this mama/nana nervous ❤️

The meatball prep? If you place parchment paper or aluminum foil under the rack (on the baking sheet), it makes for easy, clean-up. 😉

Not sure if you already do this.. but save all of your vege peelings and use them for vege stock! Free and amazing, also alot healthier.. you can also put peelings into a ziplock bag and freeze!! All skins and peelings can go in x
I was literally lamenting earlier today about how much fresh veg making stock would use, this is such a good idea!!
Don't let the haters get to you too much. Re-usable grocery bags are worse for the environment because they would each have to be used over and over again for over 300 years to be "sustainable". So don't feel bad for using one-use plastic. All these people need to actually do research and learn about the impact on the environment before they converge on someone for using a one-use plastic for convenience. News flash: just because something is re-usable doesn't necessarily make it more sustainable.
I'm a bit peeved that I bought a pack of eight re-usable grocery bags two years ago and now with the pandemic, grocery stores will not let you use them. What a waste!
Hm.....corn chowder with sweet potatoes. I might have to try that. I was thinking if you put an old dish towel under your cutting board, it won't slip around when you're using a sharp knife. Safety first!

Great video! Very relaxing and inspiring! Everything looked really good, but I'm gonna have to try the corn soup ( and maybe the other soup too, without the bacon) and the scones. I have baked a lot of scones but not like your recipe. I usually don't have no eggs or sugar in mine, and I have never tried it with any berries at all. Usually the scones dough is a little more sticky and you're not supposed to put too much flour in it. My question for you is did you use fresh or frozen blueberries? Thank you for sharing and Amen to your beautiful Bible verse in the beginning.

How do you flash freeze?
I saw you measure the syrup in your I think it’s a pampered chef measuring cup. Did you know liquids are supposed to be measured in that simply by turning the measuring cup over and putting it directly into the cup that sides up and down? I used mine like you are for years before learning that.
I just feel like it’s easier to get clean. Yes I did know that 😊

you can just double the recipes and have enough for the entire month. she just said that she only has a small freezer so she can't fit enogh for the entire month in there
