Aahshdhdh i love the art style and vibes here!!! It gives me such a Library of Ruina/Limbus Company kinda vibe, the carnival theming and the character designs look sooooo nice!! This game's totally gotta blow up as a new indie rpg hit among gamers one day when it releases

It's also funnier once you realize that Canto VII is probably going to take place at a carnival
Limbus company has a flat and sharp color palette while Library of Ruina has a deco-art style missed with ink and book themes. I'm not seeing the resemblance to other games. To me, it has an art style unique from both of them which is a plus imo.

Started playing it a bit and this looks really great! The art style is really pleasing and I like the use of glitching effects and other for example, zooming in to the character's face comically. I've only played around 15 mins tho and stopped for now since I reported a lil bug, but it looks fantastic! Best of luck! :D
