Keep those tires bro. I've tried em all over 20 years. My cbr600 has matching pirelli diablo rosso 3's. You got a good deal and a sweet bike. Dont worry about the trying to kill you. You are on the most powerful, nimble, best handling, and braking, bike you can get. I'm 36 and still on a cbr600.
I bought a 2009 cvr600rr black and red. It had 9600 miles, TWobrothers, shorty levers, integrated turn signals, and fender elimiter kit, and Honda racing back seat. It also had a new back tire.I paid $4000 for it
Been watching your videos for a while Jon love the content, getting my first bike soon here and I feel like I’ve learned a lot from your channel keep it up🤙🏼
You think its worth holding out and watching the market for a long time to find an 07-08 CBR when they had the HP bump? In 2009 and on they lost some hp due to some engine management change, I forget what it is. Also, you ever seen or ridden a Buell? Those are what you need for wheelies. I have a gorgeous Buell, got plenty of videos on my channel if you are unfamiliar with what I am saying. Anyway, love the paint scheme and the aesthetics of your scooter, love the 2 bros pipe, I just wasn't sure if it was worth getting one of the lower HP models.
Beautiful bike, I love the ‘12s the color and mods are tastefully done. The price you paid was fair, it was priced pretty accordingly, (where I’m located at least)
You got a real deal for a clean 2012. My neighbor bought a 2007 CBR600RR with 5,800 miles. It’s white with silver Honda wing. All stock except it has a carbon Yoshimura exhaust and a PC 3 fuel map device. Is that a good deal in your opinion? He paid $4,800 cash. It had the original tires on it from 2007 so he replaced them.
That seems a lil high but the bike is in really good shape not much profit room there at least if it was sold around here where u live im sure is different
I think u got an amazing deal bro. It’s a gorgeous fk bike bro. I personally think u got an amazing deal, it’s beautiful decked out and he finessed with the white rims. Hope u still have it lol
Hoping to purchase my first bike ever! I've been wanting a cbr 600 rr forever and now my dreams come true. In all honesty what is the best route to go towards purchasing my bike. I live in Flagstaff, AZ.
selling cbr for FZ or MT 07 is a bad idea. I have own FZ07 so I would tell you that you have to change a lot to make it safe to ride fast. CBR is a great bike to ride both street and track.
I agree 100% if you're looking for speed/track/handling, the fz/mt07 is not the best platform. Stock suspension is horrible and they're pretty unstable at higher speeds. In my case, the change out would be for the wheelie practice.
I literally bought a bike exactly like this one 2 weeks ago. Same year same colors, except mine is all stock with only 1800 miles. I paid $6700 in Colorado
With the Covid epidemic and the economic recession we're getting into, expensive toys like motorcycles are going to be getting cheap. It's going to be a great time to buy, but a crappy time to sell.
A bike never "wants to kill you", it only does what you say. For many this is the perfect beginner bike. Discipline is a learned skill on any bike. That skill can help in other ways in your life. Buy the 1000! 5K should be about right if not wrecked, most have been. Discipline is a bitch for many, stupidity for many others. I never see these not wrecked hard, been looking for over 30 years. HD riders bought these for their girlfriends. Not a smart plan, usually. Yeah, it's just a 600, but it makes more power than your huge 103 cu in behemoth.
I dunno jon cbr’s hold there value really well.. even the 600’s.. around here it’s the only bikes people over pay for, besides harleys. Make sure you fix the plate because if it’s not visible you can get a fat fine for it.
Hi Brother. I am really sorry I will be asking a question that is not related to your video but I think you can really help me. I am about to buy 2014 M109R with 4000 miles on it. I heard horrible stories about the gear box on M109R. Many riders say that it is clunky and very hard to shift to second gear. Can you give me your experiences or if your friends have any bad experiences with m109r?
Definitely a bit clunky from my recollection. I would check the forums to see if the 2014 still had transmission issues. I believe 06 and 07 for sure had issues with second growing out (and it's an expensive repair).
In the Houston area MFers asking 7,000+ for a bike that year so I’d say it’s a deal. Right now there’s a 2003 CBR600RR listed for about 5,000 with very low miles but STILL it’s an ‘03 and worth half that but this MFer has it listed in all the surrounding cities hundred of miles away like he has something special or something.
I've never ridden a cruiser, but I hate crotch-rockets because of where the handlebars are. At least in the city, you need to be able to sit up, to relax your back and your arms, and you need to be able to look around you and see who you're sharing the road with, and you need good enough mirrors to be able to pick up that police cruiser three cars behind you at the stoplight.
Nice bike and at a good price. But if I was buying, I'd get the LEGENDARY 07-08 CBR600RR for a couple grand cheaper....... but these sucker owners are catching on that them years are the ones to have so they are asking for a lot now. Bastards.
I wouldn't pay anything for it (unless it was just insanely cheap). I'd like to ride one at least once, but not own one. It does sound good though. The bikes I want to own are, cruisers, tourers, and dual sports.
How much would you pay for a bike like this? Drop a comment below!
Probably 4500-5500.
Sweet looking bike bro!
I’m not a sport bike guy, so someone would have to give it to me for me to own one. But, I bet you could get 5k for it.
Prob 5,200-6,200 depending on mileage
Never mind at 11,000 miles for such a classic-ish bike 6-7k
6500 from private seller at cycletrader))
Picking up an 07 in San Francisco on Thursday. Love the 600rr.
I’m from Gilroy let’s ride man

That paint just screams Honda!
I got a great condition 08 cbr600rr 19k miles for $4.5 and it came with all the mods I wanted such a steal

My favorite color scheme on a sport bike is this. Sweet find!
Looks great, I love my '07
It's just a great handling bike.

Dose the two brothers slip on make the bike louder?

Nice 600 it would be hard to part with
Stock rear tire size? Or is that a 190
I love that bike. No slipper clutch or indicator though

Thats it. That color is the ONE. Theres a guy about 4 hrs from me selling the same color but i have to get my Triumph sold first unfortunately
Still have it?
You got hell of a good deal man
Bro that’s a damn good price
hell yeah, Honda is my jam. i have a 08 1k. 600cc's make awsome track bikes if into track days. 8)

True indeed

Sick moto! Still rocking the same 650 supermoto although I will say riding the same bike all the time has my wheelies dialed!
What about frame sliders is controversial? I’ve never heard that before.
the controversy is that they have the potential to cause more damage (they may catch causing the bike to flip / damage mounting points)
GOOOOOOOD THATS A GOOD DEAL SHIIIIIIIIIT
I just picked up a 2009 cbr 600 with 6k miles for 5500
where
You still have it??

$5,200 not bad. You won't lose.
I got a 2017 CBR600RR with 5700 miles for $5800 two weeks ago
Dang! Now that's a killer deal!
That is an amazing bike. The reason you feel like it’s trying to kill you, is because you have zero respect for the power of a supersport.
Should I buy the same bike for $6500 with 6500 miles on it?
Thats a good deal in the current market. 💯👌
Very nice bike, i prefer mostly original bikes.. I'd pay between $5,200 and $6,000.
Ese motor esta bien vacana👍

Got the same bike
Whoever sold this for 5k is an idiot. Super rare color scheme and in good condition. Market value is 7k. HELL YEA it was a good deal
I got one with only 2300 miles I paid 4,500 what a steal
@@brandonlee3266 That's cheap. Good find.
@@brandonlee3266i just picked one up with 2800 miles for 4500 also super stoked
Nice bike, but I like being comfortable on rides longer than quick commutes. So it's cruisers and nakeds only for me.

Everything is cheaper in AZ for sure. That would sell in a heartbeat for $6,500 all day long in our neck of the woods.
👨👩👧 ❤
I think it’s sweet!!!🔥
I’m looking at one now with 2400 miles 2012 for $7000.
I thought it was me but I guess u feel that way too. I feel like I'm going to die when I ride my cbr600rr lol
You could’ve gotten it at a lower price like I got mine $4.5 about same miles but nonetheless a nice bike
Nice deal
I have one for sale with only 3,912 miles on it brand new
I can smell rice burning. Dyna Diva for the Win.
