    I have watched hundreds of van life videos and this build is my favorite. I love the stove heater with detachable chimney. What a great idea. The only thing I would do different for myself, is a larger crawl thru space to the cab. Great job guys!

    Great design touches. Well done, with the pull out drawer. The arched alcove gives it a very refined look.

    That is so beautiful! It has a wonderful sense of openness and organization. I could really see living there.
    I'm so happy that she can have pretty clothes and live in a van. You don't see very many female van lifers wearing that sort of fashion.

      Please post a link to your TH-cam channel. Your build is phenomenal! So clean and bright. Great use of space. Looks like you have been building these for years. What product did you use on the walls? I’m in the USA and I haven’t seen anything like that. Do you have a link for the product?

    A leaning full length mirror makes one look taller and thinner. I love that there's nothing obscuring the entry which EVERYONE does (for more storage space) The heck with the storage space leave that out and look how roomy the van looks!

  • @justjudy7320

    I was just about to Google whether you could put a wood stove pipe out the side of the van rather than the roof. I love the way the Law of Attraction works it can't be Google because it was only a thought I didn't say it out loud. What I wonder about is the debris that comes out of the stove pipe if you put mesh around it all it does is clogged and doesn't draw properly but how do you keep the junk in the crap from landing on the roof and your solar panels? My would still here at home I can look around on the ground on the snow and there's all kinds of black chunks of all sizes. Beautiful van

  • @bevtrue6937
    @bevtrue6937 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Wow, that is absolutely amazing. Way better than most and amazingly FAST, too. Most people need at LEAST a year or year and a half. How often do you have to refill the cubic mini woodstove? Can you go to really cold areas without having another heater?

    • @NikandYas
      @NikandYas 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks so much! ❤For me, it felt like it takes forever, but you're right, most people need much more time for the build... We may have to refill the wood stove every 30-60 minutes. But it heats up the van way better than our diesel heater. If the tiny stove was on for a few hours, it would last for half the night. But we always turn on the diesel heater for the night to ensure the water system doesn't freeze. 🙌🏽

    I love organization and consolidation..
    May I suggest the lady watch a clothes folding video since she made fun of the man's shorts drawer..if he were to learn a different folding technique he could fit many more items in there..
    Suggesting because of limited space in a van for items..hope it helps..cheers.

    what is the stove?

  • @sashabenoit1518
    @sashabenoit1518 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    😬 That wood stove is sketchy!! You should have a heat shield up the whole wall going around the exhaust point AND underneath the stove... it should NOT be just sitting on a thin piece of wood! It's absolutely beautiful but it's basically as good as a decoration piece because actually using it is 1. Extremely dangerous and 2. It's just not practical for such a small space like that, you'll literally cook yourself out of there in minutes... not to mention you can't keep the van warm if you leave it, which could lead to many more issues. I love this build, it's absolutely stunning and besides the stove it's incredibly well thought out! The storage, layout, and design really make the most of the space and looks amazing! But if I were them I would definitely get rid of the stove asap or at the very least put in proper heat protection.
