If you’re in a legalized state you can smoke indoors but in few places. Business owners and employers can ban weed use much like drinking on the job. However, most social media studios are privatized spaces and if the host owns it, the use of it should be okay.
Also to add to this: normal weed is mostly THC-D9 but THC-D8 and various other ‘weed compounds’ or whatever the correct terminology is are legal in most states even where the normal weed is illegal and can be found in most privately owned convenience stores and pretty much every vape shop because it’s technically a different compound than the illegal stuff (that’s a massive oversimplification but it’s confusing af) so it would presumably be treated like a normal nicotine vape and to add to that most D8 stuff is in vape form and most of those vapes look and smell exactly like nicotine vapes so again either way they could get away with it as long as vapes were allowed but the other aspect of it is city ordnances and stuff like that where it may not be banned by the state but the city may not allow it or any smoking of any type anywhere in or around a business but obviously that varies in every way from city to city so it’s a whole other thing.
Then the other thing is places like 6th street in Austin, it’s like THE bar scene in Austin so it gets so busy that the cops literally shut down at least a half mile of 6th street and like 1-2 blocks on each side parallel to it and you’ll see a fight down there pretty much every time you go so there’s bunch of cops staged at every block to block the road and handle fights but anyway the point is weed isn’t legal in Texas but on 6th street you’ll see people smoking joints constantly and if you walk into any bathroom you have a pretty good chance of seeing someone doing blow but cops pretty much never arrest anyone unless it a fight or drunk driver or whatever so a lot of bars will essentially be like ‘don’t smoke in here but also we won’t kick you out if you do’ type thing

It doesn't matter those rules don't apply to Katt or Dave chappelle. Dave even said at one of his shows they told him not to smoke and he fired up anyway. He said "what are they gonna do, tell me to leave? I'm Dave Chappelle. "

Theres a loophole that allows people to smoke on stage. Basically if "smoking is part of the show, its ok" In theater, people smoke ciggs and pipes all the time.

In a lot of states you can smoke on stage if you are doing a performance. Dave Chapelle, though, just smokes wherever he wants because he can.

** You should watch the podcast with Donald Trump. He talks about his past addictions and shares it with the Don because DJT lost an older brother to addictions. Theo's mother was also a addict. You can really see how Theo became who he is.
I found it more interesting than DJT's time on Joe Rogan's podcast, but that's good too so I recommend it to anybody. Both podcasts are truly serious (and funny as the Don is a comedian also) but reveal a lot about both participants.
