She made a mistake of engaging early on. Someone that big gets winded after 10 seconds of activity. It worked out for her here because the ref stepped in to help her, in a street fight she would have been in trouble.
Not just getting winded he is extremely top heavy. Attack a leg the guy goes down almost immediately

Ya, but this is how 99% of these fights go. I've only seen one single fight where a person that large defeated the (sometimes MUCH) smaller man (exception being Aorigele, who somehow is a lightweight trapped in a 400+ pound mans body. Only Emmanuel Yarbrough won against Nakano. Walked him down to the corner of the ring, punched him a few times, stuffed a half hearted shot/attempt at sneaking out the side door. Eventually maneuvered him down to his back, punched him out, then got reset in the middle where he laid on his chest and drove down into him. He lost to Hackney by getting absolutely clobbered by a punch and then getting jackhammered in the melon, similar to Takase except he lost his mind and shot on him before somehow sneaking out the back door and punching the giant out. Basically every Akebono fight was him loosing balance or being tripped and falling over before a hail of punches. Butterbean vs Genki Sudo featured him fruitlessly chasing Sudo around before getting taken down with the 2nd weakest ankle pick in history (looking at you James Toney), hit, and heel hooked.
It's their lack of mobility that always ends up costing them because smaller fighters can just run around them, leap up and hit them or force them off balance. Then they are turtles on their backs and their tap or get stopped with punches. Even when the giant gets on top, it sucks momentarily before you can escape because they can't grab you, they can only lay on you.
