If you are Canadian then you know that Tims is life! The very first Tims opened in China and I was VERY excited to visit and see if all the hype was worth it.
OMG!!! Do you know how many Tim Hortons coffee shops in Shanghai now? 93!!! just in Shanghai... They just announced that over 100 shops in China including Beijing, Dalian, Hangzhou, Chongqing, Zhengzhou, etc. And Tencent joint invests Tim Hortons to open more shops in China. They just opened the 1st. flagship gaming coffee shop in Shanghai last week.
Haha maybe just because youtube was blocked in China. Some of my friends have been to Tim Hortons in Shanghai and they said the taste was amazing. A few days ago another new Tim Hortons opened in Beijing and it provides some localized food.
Tim Hortons will beat Starbucks in China mainland quickly if Canada releases Ms. Meng Wanzhou (Huawei CTO, the daughter of the Huawei founder) rigt now! Otherwise, this store may become the first one and the last one in China.
Its price is like triple in Canada... they dont have bday cake flavour also

Those new coffee thermoses are now used throughout Canada. I work at a time and can confirm they really aren't any safer and just generally worse.
Agreed, they aren't my favourite. I prefer the classic lid.
