I wanna thank everyone at Argo 🙌🙌, i wish i had known about your services before i applied and got refused a visa 6 months back. So I wanted to apply again with an I-20 from the same university(NYU) even though i have been accepted to 3 more universities that are much cheaper. I was granted only $6500/year out of the $80,000 total expence. Would this affect my chances because it is too expensive? Eventhough i can show bank statment of my sponsors that can cover the whole sum?
Sir I’m a 2nd year PhD student. I plan to restart my PhD from a US university (fully funded scholarship+TAship offer). Will this effect my visa interview that I’m already enrolled into a Phd program already? Thanks for your attention to my question.

Is it difficult to get a Visa for a student transferring from another country to US university

I came to the USA a year ago with a 100% tuition and housing scholarship. I showed around 63K USD in my bank account, and I was my own sponsor. I had worked in a multinational technology company for around 9 years. On July 26, 2023, my wife faced an F2 visa interview with our 3-year-old child in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and it was refused. We showed 52K USD in my account and 30K USD in my wife’s account, totaling 82K USD. My wife worked in a school from 2017 to 2022. A year ago, she traveled to Nepal for tourism purposes before applying for the visa.
Now, we are planning to reapply for the F2 visa.
Could you please suggest what we need to do to secure the F2 visa for my wife and child

Hello, I completed My Bsc(degree) in 2018 after that I planned for canada but faced visa rejection then I studied MCA (masters in computer applications) 2020-2022. currently I'm working as a Data Engineer (june 2022 to till date). Now I'm plannng to do my masters in data science in fall intake 2023. I had gap from 2018 to 2020 (Tried for canada). How to justify this gap in Visa interview ?

We don't have a video specifically about student loans but we do talk about sponsors and finances in other videos.
Please I have an issue with my ds160 form, during my submission of the form I indicated SELF for who is paying for your trip and I printed it out with the confirmation barcode number but I was told I'm supposed to use my sponsor details because he is paying most of my expenses and later filled a new Ds 160 with the correct details of my sponsor and printed ou the new confirmation barcode but unfortunately on my appointment letter for the interview I saw the previous ds 160 barcodes, not the new barcode which contains the details of my sponsor. Please are you going to help me out with this issue. A prompt response will be highly appreciated, and counting on your usual support.

This u can do it your self. Login a d ammend DS 160 without having to cancel the appointment you have already booked
yeah I had this issue also, it's okay no need to cancel your appointment and edit the ds-160 confirmation number, it's totally okay I had my interview with a different Ds-160 paper
at the door, before you get inside, they will see your files and at that time they will cancel the older ds-160 confirmation number and write the new one on the back of your passport.
it's Totally normal, don't worry don't cancel your appointment you can ask customer service via phone if you want tho, but as I said it's normal.

If an F2 Visa applicant suffers from breast cancer and has to prevent from reengagement by post treatment specific safety procedures, would this clarification alongside with an official letter authorized by her oncologist in first country, be a reputable evidence that she will not try to change her Visa to F1 at US, since her major is chemistry?

It really depends on what has changed! What has changed since last time? Is there a major positive component in your case that you weren't able to tell them last time?
On the same note of"who gonna sponsor your education" is it ok to mention a person who was never listen as a sponsor in addition to your previous aponsor,even though u got a bank statement that states his/her capabilities 🤔

How much is the maximum time duration for an F-1 visa applicant during the interview?
max 2min
There is no such thing as a maximum time here, but these interviews tend to be very fast! Some are even as short as 30 seconds. Some may be 4-5 minutes. It depends on a number of factors including your case, the country, and how busy it is at that post.

Am soon applying for my f1 visa , awaiting for my 1-20 form..in Feb 2023 I was denied a tourist visa and given 214. I have since got two admissions to USA University.. My question is ..the masters degree I already have is in public administration and community and am applying for another masters in public administration and community management. The course contents of both masters are totally different. Am currently a working for a bank but also stared a cooperative in 2019 a community cooperative where I have been a treasurer since then. My bachelors degree is still in the college of humanities ( social sciences). Do u think I will be denied a visa because the course names are almost similar...
