1/2 inch Ginger- chopped
4 clove Garlic- chopped
4-5 Birds eye chilli
1 Tomato
1/2 cup Dried chili paste
2 tsp Dried chili powder
Sardine souce (sauce from a can of sardine)
1/2cup diluted tamarind (1/2 tsp tamarind + 1/2 water)
1/2 cup water
1 curry leaves
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/4 tsp sugar
