Everything looked so good. Little holes in the wall are usually so good. I recently tried a place in st. Augustine Florida called De Leon Latin Cocina. It was in the lobby of our hotel, The Ponce. The best Columbian food I've ever had. If you ever find yourself near there it's definitely a must try.
They should make separate burritos, smaller and wrapped better so they could be eaten on the go. Just a simple question of in house or to go, but I’d say keep same cost since it’s more convenient to take with you, lol just like a gas station or convenience store. And they get great margin from them as well.

That tictok you saw of separating the tortillas and it being something to make another taco was of someone who isn’t Mexican and decided to think it’s smart to do that but it really isnt. If you think about it separating the tortillas will rip then they become super thin tacos. Keep the tortillas together and it makes the tacos even better.
Pineapple on tacos is the bestttt! There’s a Mexican restaurant in my state, North Carolina, they have the best food! Plus an awesome bar and great service, along with an interesting atmosphere. You should try it out.

I drive past this place all the time to get to Del Taco.. I feel like an idiot for not stopping in! I love that they have so many vegetarian options which isn’t typical for authentic Mexican cuisine (and what often scares me away) - I’ll definitely have to check this place out as a Denver University local!

I’ve eaten at Garibaldi’s. This video is on point. The only thing Brennon didn’t mention is that this is Chilango style Mexican food which means it comes from Mexico City DF. It’s an urban street food.
Arturo's Puffy Tacos 15693 Leffingwell Road Whittier, CA. is a landmark!!! You HAVE to try the food there. It's authentic Tex-Mex and is amazing! We ate there a lot when we were in LA. Look it up online and you can read the reviews for yourself. They have been there a long time and a lot of famous people love the food too. They had pics of them on the wall.
You should go to Missouri and go to the lake and try la tapatia they have the best chicken quesidila I have ever tasted and there sauce is absolutely amazing

I've had a pambazo once from this restaurant when I lived in Canada the owner's wife was from there and he moved there from Mexico and it was probably some of the best Mexican food I ever had.
