Matt I must admit I was judging you and I did not know you. The first time someone sent a link of one of your teachings I let my ego determine things about you before I heard what you were teaching. Clearly I needed to send love to myself first to be able to really hear anyone else. So I Thank you for all that you are from the entirety of my heart and all that I am. Of all the teachings and research and learning I've done there is nobody in this world that has given me more breakthroughs, epiphanies and life lessons than Matt Kahn. 🎉 I've always said God I can't wait to get there to that point where I am so grounded and I can keep my high vibration at all times no matter what I encounter .. I shot back whatever they shot at me cuz I didn't understand why they were doing what they were doing until this very moment 😂 This is brilliant and this is the way you do it. At a stoplight this week, a young man motioned for me to roll down my car window, he said "I really like your earrings!" "THANK YOU!" We both smiled broadly, waved and went about our journeys. Such an energy "lifting" moment for us both. This is what Matt describes, and I am sooo aware of now. Sincere lifting moments, giving and getting! Fabulous! +Kymberlee della Luce Its hard to do though lol. I got called the c word last night and the best I could come up with was "that wasn't a very nice thing to say" lol. I'm making progress however. In the past I would fly off the handle, which thankfully didn't happen. But I'm working my way up to a full blown thankyou next time, but like i said, yeah, so hard to do.

Wow.....when Matt started talking about how he survived being his own worst enemy, I had to nod my head in agreement. I am my own worst enemy and if I take an inventory of my life, even though I have encountered some really horrible people along the path, I am responsible for making myself sick with fear, guilt and disappointment.
What an amazing video! I burst into tear at the very beginning as all this pain and resistance came up for me. I literally put your message on pause as I exploded in pain and tears, and then when I was done I decided to put this video back on and listen and you answered all of the pain that was within me. Thank you for this, it's about time the tender hearted people had a weapon as well. A weapon of love :)

🙏This is a lesson I’ve needed for lifetimes.I’m old but had an unhealed wounded child inside who ran from those who blindsided me with negativity but being still compassionately with this pain the child finally grew up.Turned out meditating too much and being too spiritual bypassed a lot a inner growth. If my actions are designed to prevent me from experiencing the feelings that come up in an interaction with another, then my action of attack, rebuttal, or avoidance, simply goes to perpetuate the karma of pain in the shared ocean of consciousness.
On the other hand, if I am simply willing to embrace the painful feelings that arise in me, in full loving consciousness, then I find, the feeling eventually goes away by itself. I don't need to 'do anything about it' besides being fully aware and awake to it.
This allows me to stay centered in loving consciousness, and have the 'space' to complement an antagonist, as the painful feelings that were harbored, just dissolve a way,
This is so timely. I reached out to my beau and apologized when the former me would rather cuss him out in 100 languages. This put a lot in perspective, my beau is battling with his past. He grew snarky, sarcastic, egomaniacal, defeated and sulky because of old transcripts and his past. Thank you for this. It's lifesaving.
Absolutely amazing. Within the coal of our withholding lies the diamond heart waiting to explode it's infinite love for all to feel. It's the pressure, cracking, and hammering that breaks us open. One day we won't have a choice but to love as the sun loves.

Love it; gansta love revolutionaries. It is becoming a fun game of taking the wildest opportunites of darkness and seeing how much light I can bring. Then I have a hip hip horray when I able able to stay in love, no matter what. Of course, sometimes I am so not there and then I love that part of me that is just not yet ready to love. This is so bloody simple when you boil it down, but definitely not easy.

This morning I had tears in my eyes as I was driving. I was thinking of Matt Kahn talking about the word you most say to yourself (or others.) I was reflecting on how the word I most say to my daughter is love. I tell her I love her often and I call her my love. I don't believe I ever heard that word spoken in my family of orgin. One of my four big life goals is to be the best parent I can. Our relationship was quite conflictual for some years as she triggered my old dad wounds. The current love and harmony we now generally experience is one of my life's greatest gifts and has lead me to developing and leading classes in parenting in presence. I am celebrating myself today for how dedicated I have been to this goal and how far I have come.
I am also appreciating sun dried clothes, warm slippers and bathrobes, cool nights and YOU!

This insight was just what I needed today. I remember sitting on the victim side of a courtroom a few years ago praying for healing...thinking that the murder trial would heal the broken pieces inside of me.

yes. I agree. The way I experienced it is looking and listening deeper, beyond the tangled anger, with the deep inner question: who are you? When I speak, I can't be selfless. what I say is my spontaneous heart's gift from the core of who I really am. but in LISTENING, in listening I can try to recognize who THEY are. Receive them. Then it is easy to find a compliment. It won't be arbitrary. Then the empathy just... happens.... thank you for this beautiful video.

This teaching was powerful. I may not always say, "thank you" directly to the person, but I know that I can always counter their negative energy with my positive energy (e.g blessings). My confronting them or proving them wrong only adds fuel to their negative energy and may end up swallowing me whole (e.g. putting me in real physical danger).
ITS a party when I get a new video from Matt. I got my drink on my smoke on, my party hat , fluff up the pillow on my chair and get ready for the experience of a lifetime in this moment.. Lets party Dude.. What ya got . give it to me. My heart is wide open..

I agree with him to a certain extent,its just that sometimes we are simply just not conscious enough to respond the way he says,sometimes a healthy boundary is all we can do in order to not allow ourselves to be a victim of their negativity and I do think that sometimes the best service to them at that time is to not allow them to violate certain boundaries.

I don't know how to let go anymore. I remember when I was so broken at one point and shattered with devastation and that was the one few months I felt pure love. As the months went by it left and I could tell I was in a place where I was hardened. I don't know how to get back into that love zone. And I feel nothing again for ppl.

WOW!! WOW!! WOW!! So powerful. I looked at pictures of Jesus after listening to this and I see that in the pictures there is a bright light coming from the center of Jesus's heart. Cannot figure out if the light shone before or after the crucifix. However I did find this quote in the 2 Corinthians 4:6 of the New International Version of the bible, "For God, who said, "Let light shine out of darkness," made his light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of God's glory displayed in the face of Christ." The light shining in our hearts the Light that we are peering out from the opening of our heart as people threw their stones at it shattering it. The Light comes from within. I love how you say, "You are a being of Light dressed up as a person and not a person trying to be aligned with the light within us." Your message is absolutely brilliant. No, not brilliant, make that BRILLIANT!!!!!! Listening to you really challenges my thinking, and I love it. Thank you!!!
