This appeared on SKY TV in 1986 and Steve was promoting his then new single with Yukihiro Takahashi called STAY CLOSE.

Steve's so eloquent and serious about his music and the poor guy had to do these kinds of interviews.

Poor Steve, you can feel him squirm.
Actually, if you watch other interviews, poor Steve did the same thing. I think he was quite shy, & he'd said he likes being behind the scenes, & that after the short period w/Dolphin Brothers he didn't feel comfortable singing (which is a shame, since I thought he had a nice voice (similar to David's yes)). What a horrible interviewer!

He plays very well indeed on "Ain't That Peculiar". The timing is very different.
