The only way Jada can top herself after this , it would have to be the biggest get off em all. Do you know what it would have to be, come on take a guess. Picture this, Will Smith & Jada sitting at the Red Table. Jada is saying to Will come Will, tell them, you need to save your soul Will. You can do it, I believe on you, I believe in us. Jada says say set us free Will. At this moment the camera does a close up on Will, his lips are quivering his hands are shaking & Will says Jada baby I'm sorry, I had to do it, I'm a man baby & know one will hurt my family. He made me do it, I couldn't live with myself if I didn't. I killed Tupac.
The crazy thing is I didn't view Will Smith as the villain after he slapped Chris Rock, for starters Chris Rock made a tame joke about Jada and it wasn't a attack on her being bald but simply comparing her to a actress in a role who was bald. For me the villain was Jada because from the look on her face it appears that's what made Will lash out because before that he laughed at the joke himself, I believe folks who also shared that opinion and had viral takes about that opinion is what caused Jada to come out and remove herself from any perception of her being the villain. It seems with everything Jada is revealing about her relationship with Will besides the Tupac stuff is just to clear her name as the reason for their weird relationship dynamic but no one cared until she started making this shit public information she was better off just having ppl believe the weird swinger rumors about them because she's "saving" herself at the expense of Will.
Anecdotal issue, but when Mike and Mike broke up, that completely eroded my desire to consume ESPN products. The reason that I watched the show, was that I thought Greenberg and Golic Sr were good friends. The way it ended, it made me realize that what I consumed was a lie to me. This has happened before and with Pat's show, I now question because the reason why I consume that show is for the genuineness of their reactions.

A reminder, that Rodgers has always been a hard get, he tends to go on shows of the people he likes (like LeBatard previously). If he's now only going because he's paid, it makes you question not only his motive but his message
I think most sports fans, myself included, don't see "sports journalism" as a serious craft. We, fans, just like sports and like to see and hear people talk about sports. There never has been a free press, anyway. It's a myth.
If Pat is hooking up Aaron with some ESPN money for helping him blow up, I see no problem.
I love mcafee show, but I will say you guys were way ahead of its time but ESPN wasn’t ready for it yet
Didn't it get reported that Dan has paid Greg similarly?? Zero issue with paying people for work/content.... compensation for effort that adds value seems reasonably fair.

McAfee is just following the Rogan playbook. And there are a lot of people out there that like that. I think it's stupid but one can't expect someone with millions thrown in their face to act in the better judgement of human beings. Playing the hits of ignorance masked as rebellion pays.
I guess once espn cut you off ppl start to hate. Pat show is 🔥
Mike talks about Aaron Rodgers a lot for somebody who is so tired of Aaron Rodgers.
Golic is right. It slants the information the recipient is looking for
ESPN is a billion dollar corporation why would Aaron Rodgers do it for free?
This why they aren't on ESPN and Pat is
oh trust, Will is STILL a punchline
Regardless of whether Pat is a journalist or not, this is still pretty unethical. But because it’s sports, it’s not the biggest deal.
Mike hating. He’d have a point had it started happening when Pat got to ESPN, but he was already coming on the show before anyone knew any of that and y’all liked it. So don’t switch up now
People who are mad about he Pat situation is explained by the beginning question the guy brought up. "Why not pay him for his time?"
We all know it's cuz of 2 things.
1. If you're the show people, then you want free services either cuz you're poor or stingy with money.
2. If you're person coming on the show, you need to realize ur time is worth money. They do not interview average joe's on shows.
Its funny how just cuz Pat is paying people for interviews is making people rage. There a WHOLE LOTTA WORST THINGS TO RAGE ABOUT PEOPLE.
When someone helps expand your business that isnt in the business they should be compensated.

pat pays everyone a weekly spot on his show. way before espn was in the picture. Aaron did the Tuesday show the first year without any talk of money. pat paid based on how much the company grew because of it. if your buddy comes over and helps you move you toss him a few bucks
Pat gave him 450000 for helping the show grow and it was after the fact aj hawk is part of the show and aaron close friend
Now you know why ESPN let all those people go
1) Pat decided to do it on his own and Rogers asking for it; 2) It’s Pat’s own money ESPN is not paying him; 3) who the fuck is this guy talking about wanting to be the overseer of what Rogers does with his money? This guy thinking he has any moral authority over who should get money based on what they might spend it on is insane.
I was put off because it was portrayed as if Aaron came on because he wanted a non traditional platform to speak his mind. So to find out it was million dollar gig, I feel like I've been conned.
Your putting things out of order. Aaron was coming on long before he was getting paid. As Pat started growing and earning more he wanted to share his success. Aaron was not asking for money ever.
Aaron is a con man so it's par for the course. I'm glad you've seen the light.
You get conned everyday by the us shut up
I can see how it makes sense from their perspective but I can't help feel the way I do. @@AJ-ox6yi
Ooooo. This is just more Rodgers hate lol. Its not just Rodgers he pays, but hey tunnel vision because you hate Rodgers will keep you bringing up the rear.
This dude says he likes Pat but then questions his overall character for 15 minutes and called Rodgers a spreader of misinformation.
All true…
Idk who was the first big platform to pay for big interviews/appearances but I know I heard of DJ Vlad doing it years ago after he started losing some of his main guests after they started having issues with not being paid while helping to bring in millions of views to VladTv. So I know for a fact Pat Macaffe isn't the first person to do this.
I actually thought Pat and Aaron was real homies lol
And back to the regularly scheduled program of Lebatard and co. obsessing over Mcafee because they’ve been overpassed 😂
Feels like Pat show is a imitation of this show; ESPN replaced Dan with Pat
Seemed to me that he didn’t pay him from the jump, it was after he started raking in the money from the show
The crazy thing is I didn't view Will Smith as the villain after he slapped Chris Rock, for starters Chris Rock made a tame joke about Jada and it wasn't a attack on her being bald but simply comparing her to a actress in a role who was bald.
Pat own's a production company, He sell's his show to ESPN so he has FULL control he was paying Aaron before ESPN what's the problem ?
Anecdotal issue, but when Mike and Mike broke up, that completely eroded my desire to consume ESPN products. The reason that I watched the show, was that I thought Greenberg and Golic Sr were good friends. The way it ended, it made me realize that what I consumed was a lie to me. This has happened before and with Pat's show, I now question because the reason why I consume that show is for the genuineness of their reactions.
As if Will isn't porking models and starlets...😂
I think he tries but I’m sure that as soon as he unbuttons his shirt, will starts crying
Models and starlets
regular human beings who work 9 to 5 don't get it. Money is the super bowl, NBA championship, Stanley cup. Maybe 30% of the players out there are out there for the 'love of the game'. These guys are making more in a day than a teacher will their whole lifetime lol. Good for Rodgers. Make dat easy cream!
If Rodgers demanded to be paid and Pat agreed, yall would be spot on. Seeing that did happen. Yall panties are bunched up for no reason.
Back in the day, and most likely currently, "newsbreaker" is code for "coke mule". Helps with the never sleep, never offline stuff too.
Mike thinks he’s so much smarter than he is. Maybe if he had actually gone to the U and not a local community college it would’ve helped
So paying people for an interview means only the highest bidder can do the interview. Garbage journalism. It taints every interview.
mic check please!
All i kno is, Mike is so jealous of Pat that its always so easy to tell whenever he talks about him. 🤨
i have a ton of issues with how Mcafee has changed for the worse but this isn't one of them. I hate Rogers but the man is a weekly guest, not just interview. No reason he SHOULDNT be paid, does he need it? no, but in principle its pretty fair.
You dont need to know where the money goes, rodgers can spend his money where ever and however he wants
....... I'm confused as to how paying somebody to be a regular guest on your show is new? This whole thing was baffling to me when it became a controversy and it still is
Still trying to figure out how Aaron Rodgers helped the show 🤔
Wait until they find out Aj Hawk gets paid
