I was shocked to learn that Rain wasn't actually a martial artist. The choreography is so good and he is such a natural that he sold it. Not many people can go toe-to-toe with Sho Kosugi and be somewhat believable

When it comes on samurai movies, there are so many badass and great movies. But when it comes on Ninja movies, this is one and only the best movie ever.
I thought the warriors way was pretty cool. The character wasn't exactly unique in some ways but he was interesting to watch throughout out in my opinion and the ending was pretty nice.
yeah, I remember doing most of that stuff. replaced my bo staffs. lost my gi and belt somewhere along the way. remember advanced break fall techniques, and once or twice saved me from a world of hurt. remember the joint locks and finger movements. haven't practiced since last summer. no excuses. music and movements were awesome.

A sort of erratic bounce between seeing and complying with the soothing and brightness and then falling into the dark places. Daniil sweats, he cries, he smiles, he grits his teeth. The piano is the ultimate decision maker in the piece, either twisting the elegance of the orchestral set pieces into a heated argument, a sad repose, or a boundless ocean. At times he poses feline-like over the piano, other times he sits straight as if holding back a true nature of the pianist which, like pandora's box, once freed is uncontainable
Wow So Badass. The fight is really so Brutal but so Cool. This is great fight and good movie. I really miss ninja assassin movie. I hope they continue the movie again and make Ninja Assassin 2.

man, this was such an amazing movie with such beautiful visuals. I really wish I could see it again for the first time. I just don't know why they cheaped out on the blood spills. It doesn't look like a cheap movie but the blood spills seem like an afterthought. Like they got notified late about the R-rating and they they quickly added blood on top. They look so game-like that it brings you out of the experience. Great music video!

The Raid 2 kitchen fight (final fight) is by far the best fight scene in the whole history of movies. this was no fight scene by the way, this was a mixed cut.

The blood is done in that way to mimic anime blood. That's why it looks atypical of generic blood used in movies. It's a homage to anime.
