Job's parents sound exactly like my parents. The fear my mother has and the physical abuse from my father.

Another awesome video, thank you Vevian & Job! I really resonate with seeing a therapist either before, but definitely after a person leaves(walks away) from the Organization. Seeing a therapist does incredible wonders & helps with the self healing process.

I can't even imagine a mother saying 'you can get baptised and live with us, otherwise you are out...' that's tough.

Satan and those under his influence often mix lies with truths in an attempt to undermine our faith. (2Co 11:3) For example, the Assyrians used half-truths and outright lies to discourage Jehovah’s people. (2Ch 32:10-15) Apostates use similar tactics today. How should we react to apostate teachings? Treat them as the poison they are! Never read them, reply to them, or repeat them. Be quick to detect information that is designed to raise doubts about Jehovah and his organization-and reject it!-Jude 3, 4. (Romans 16:17) Now I urge you, brothers, to keep your eye on those who create divisions and causes for stumbling contrary to the teaching that you have learned, and avoid them.
(Acts 20:30) and from among you yourselves men will rise and speak twisted things to draw away the disciples after themselves.
Apostates like yourself enjoy mocking others. (Ps. 123:4) The Bible warned that in the last days, there would be no shortage of ridiculers. (2 Pet. 3:3, 4) Like the sons-in-law of righteous Lot, some people today pay no attention to divine warnings. (Gen. 19:14) Many laugh at those who live by Bible principles. The ridiculers are motivated by “their own desires for ungodly things.” (Jude 7, 17, 18)

Well done Job, everyone deserves to live the life they want without the judgement of others. I feel proud of those who see the religion for what it is early on. Took me years even after I left to stop believing their lies and that their way is the only way. Wish you all the best

Job your a real roll model for gay brothers and sisters to come out of the closet with pride . I,m a straight heterosexual and I watched a Nature documentary video on Bonobo apes which look like chimpanzees, and Bonobos are very homosexual, Bonobos and Chimpanzees share 98.8 % DNA with their human cousins. In other words chimpanzees, Bonobos and humans are more closely related to each other than chimpanzees and Bonobos are to gorillas and orang-utans which are 95 % DNA .So you were born gay ,your mum or dad carried the gay gene and you inherited it. Adam and Eve are a lie. Evolution is a scientific truth. Christians hate Evolution because if evolution is true it means there's no resurrection for anybody and your imaginary friend Jehovah can go bully someone else ,Happy Birthday 30 year old. Job, @50:30 I don't think you've hit pay dirt yet. There is something more going on. I don't think you're merely looking for external acceptance by means on conditional love.
I sense much like with women of abuse that the Most Common Denominator is you and your choice of lovers.
You have some deep questions to ask yourself. WHO ARE YOU and WHAT DO YOU WANT?
You're not just a Gay EXJW. That's what happened to you. It informs your self being but it's not a definition of self.
You said eith GLEE...I'm treacherous! But are you attracted to the same treacherous Individuals.
We come from a religious background that claims to value trust kindness and honesty but when we leave EXJWs tend to let all the restraints go as though to to even try to embody those virtues is "inauthentic".
Humans tend to understand other humans by modeling ourselves upon others. Thats a beautiful thing but it's fraught with assumptions.
Your choices can tell you who you are.
Listen to your choices. Who do they say you are? If those choices don't reflect who you are you must figure out why you're making them.
