This means in my opinion two things: 1-government is getting in line with real state market, 2-it is probably well accomplished in terms of structure. Just one clarification, is this open for expats? I find the finishing can introduce a challenge for people that are not staying there, in terms of time and finding the right materials with the language as a big barrier.
