It was cool, but I wouldn't call that "heads up." Defensive players attempt spontaneous laterals and handoffs far more frequently than offensive players. I doubt that it's because they are so much better at handling the ball than actual professional ball handlers. If that were on the average effective, you'd see offensive players coached to do it constantly; they aren't, they are coached to prioritize protecting the ball. In this case they got about +10 yards. But often you see them screw up and give the ball back. To me "heads up" is when a guy remains calm, collected, and cautious after an interception, and makes decisions of the same quality as an offensive player.

The KC defense in the 2nd half of this game was a different beast. Patrick Mahomes and Rashee Rice are a great tag team. That offense needs more from Travis Kelce, but this was a tough gritty win for the chiefs

This was a fun game to watch. Falcons have significantly improved with Captain Kirk and should be a dangerous team come playoff time
Captian Kirk gets sacked on 3&2 with a huge open space to run that very long 2 yards. He is the most immobile QB i have ever seen, also doesn't help he panics under pressure. Same thing back in Minnesota. Meanwhile the Vikings is 3-0 with Sam Darnold (having scored 28,23 and 34 points)

Rice not even close to Most Improved he did this same thing all last year. He grew this connection and trust with Mahomes by making a bunch of clutch plays all last season. The KC defense in the 2nd half of this game was a different beast. Patrick Mahomes and Rashee Rice are a great tag team. That offense needs more from Travis Kelce, but this was a tough gritty win for the chiefs
Spags is the best defensive coordinator in the league and top 3, he’s made great qb’s like Brady suffer, the chiefs are lucky to have him.

This ref committee and review process on calls like this need looked into if the NFL wants a decent amount of people watching it. This is why the Chiefs are hated by the 31 other teams fans. The hate has nothing to do with their medocre team that KC fans says is the best, it's always the refs giving them the game. I'm quite frankly sick and tired of watching teams get cheated out of a win on this cringy team.
