One time i was at the shop with my mum and there was this 15 ish girl alone and this 60 ish year old man said “hey I know your mum she told me to pick you up and take you to the park.” And she said “Um okay?” And I said “No I actually will take her. I know her from school.” And he said “her mum told ME to take her” and I said” it’s okay I’ll take her. We’re bffs” and me and her are now actually BFFS
I remember as a kid I was told multiple times to never go with strangers or people who gave me candy for free, so when I got lost once in the beach and a guy came to me, I was both scared and desperate for help . Instead of taking my hand and dragging me away, he told me "Are you lost? Don't worry, follow me, we'll get help", and I followed him. He took me with the beach staff, told me everything would be okay, said his goodbyes and left. I got lost because my parents got distracted for a second. So parents out there, stop looking at the cellphone all day long and always keep an eye on your kids. And to that man, wherever he is, thanks for saving me that day.
Dimm Nogal you made it sound like once your parents looked at their phones you just decided to go so far away from where you were supposed to be that you forgot where you were at. there is fault on both sides.
*EyeLeSs TigER* : That would be interesting if cellphones existed when I was a kid. Back then, cellphones didn't exist, only normal phones, so my parents didn't exactly have a distraction on them. Still, I put the cellphone example because is way too common these days. Also, I was 6; when you're 6 you don't have enough experience to realize that maybe you can get lost. Of course I learned after that. Besides, cellphone or not, parents should be aware of where their kids are, especially in a crowded area. You can't blame a kid for getting lost if that kid is too young to understand the concept of truly getting lost.
As a kid, I never trusted strangers, not for games, not for toys, not for candy, nothing. And still never will. This advice is amazing though, thank you.
So once when I was a really little kid, I used to walk home in 2nd grade, I was about 6-7 years old. My parents had always talked to me about children abductors here and there, but I didn’t really care because I never thought it would happen to me. But I lived about 10-15 minute walk home from my school. I was walking home from school, and this nice looking car pulled over, he told me he was my grandpa’s friend, he looked about 60-65 years old, (as I remember) So, I explained that I don’t have a grandpa ( I lost him when I was born ) and the child abductor said “I meant your grandma's” I usually walked home with my brother who is a year and a half older than me but he was sick. He explained calmly that he had talked to my brother recently. I said “Okay..” I took off running, to my surprise he started following me, I was sorta close to my house, about a 5 more minute walk. He finally pulled over and stepped out of the car. That’s when I pulled off my bookbag and shoes and took off sprinting. My dad was waiting for my by the gate. And the abductor was behind me when my father let me in the gate. My father confronted him. Always remember that the world is not safe, this video is giving off useful tips.
One day I was at the park playing with my sister and this guy was watching us. When my sister went to the swings I stayed at the slides. I just happened to see the guy talk to my sister and them laughing. I notice the guy is pointing at a van. I quickly ran as fast as possible to them telling my sister that it was time to leave and mom said so. The guy started talking to me so I said “sorry but we have to leave our mom said” I noticed when I said “our mom said” he looked shocked and said I won’t keep her waiting and walked off scared. My sister asked why we were leaving we were there for like 2 min (she didn’t say that all but that’s a way to say it) I said he was trying to take her and hurt or do bad things to her.she looked scared. We told our parents as soon as possible. Btw I was 9 and my sister was 3 at the time. Now I’m 10 and she is 4. Edit: holy cow guys thx for the likes and reply’s like dangggggggggg😂😂
same happened to me but my lil bro was walking to the van with the guy and i remembered i had a 4 inch blade in my back pocket i walked near my lil bro and said a code word we made up its "trip" so i handed my lil bro my blade (he was 12 i was 12) because he waved me over and the guy looked at me and i spit at him he was trying to grab me but my lil bro got him in his back then my dad ran over the guy had a HUGE knife but before he did anything my dad shot him in his left shoulder he dropped the knife and i kicked it to my dad my lil bro handed me back the knife sneakily (i wasnt suppost to have a blade) true story im older by "lil bro" by 16 days he was arrested my dads a cop😀 ( now im 19 so is he.......wow i almost died and got sexually abused and murdered
This actually happened to my friend. It was number 4. She told me all about it at the time and I didn't know it was sketchy until she was taken away for a few minutes then a helpful lady saw that a man was pulling a 13 year old girl who was screaming and she called the stepped up to help her out by saying ,THERE YOU ARE MY BEAUTIFUL NIECE!!, and the man left her there with the lady ❤ she is one of the reasons I never lose hope in humanity!
You should have a code word only you and your child know. If they person asking them to go along the child can demand the code word. If they don’t know the word then they should not go with them. Watch your kids and everyone’s else’s kids as long as there are eyes everywhere these sickos can be stopped.
Tip: If you’re lost don’t go to a gas station for directions, they most likely ride the same road every day. Ask a pizza place instead, they go everywhere so they would be better with directions.
I once went to the park with my friends, and there was a playground observer there, he was filming us and following us, when we left he was trying to follow us home, so I told my friends that we should go for a walk to have a nice talk. Then when we got close enough to my street to run in quickly without being seen, I told her that we have to run and she can’t question it. She questioned it when we got inside and I decided to tell her.
My Mom always explained how she was so scared of my siblings and I getting kidnapped. I'm 13 years old and she doesn't let me go to the bathroom in any large restaurant without her walking me there. It gets frustrating sometimes but I appreciate it.
the first one actually saved a kid. he was smart and a stranger asked him for help. the kid was questioning why an adult would ask for a child's help and he got away luckily
My mom always tells me when I was a kid that I was impossible to get kidnapped. Every time my parents takes me to relatives.. whenever they try to talk, hug, or kiss me I would scream and cry. (Well that won't work when the kidnapper use physical force on me.. but hey Atleast I have a blood curdling scream to alert anyone ^^')
Same! I was so aware of everything and everyone when I was really young. Oh, a person I don't know is approaching me? Run. Oh, I'm lost and this guy who isn't security is offering to help me find my parents? I don't care that I don't know where they are, run. The only way I actually let someone go anywhere near me was literally because they looked about a thousand years old and could barely walk on their own. I had enough when I was really little to be incredibly paranoid around anything that wasn't familiar.
Someone went up to me while I was walking home from school and said that my brother was in trouble. I don't have a brother. I said that and he sped away.
Just a few weeks ago, a adult asked my older brother to help “unload” his car. But then he kept looking at me like he was using my older brother as a way for him to kidnap me. I’m still scared to this day.
Last week I was walking to my house, and I saw a man that was slowly approaching me and talking to me about.. weird topics (love relationships, complimenting me). I knew something was up, so I ended up running away. I did not get to call the police and just entered the shop near my place. I don’t know what happened to the guy after that, but I am so paranoic walking to school now. I hope he didn’t get to hurt other children.
When I was about 5, in school, we line up and wait for our guardians to fetch us. Someone claimed to be my guardian and she even knew my name, but I didn’t recognise her. My teacher called me and I kept repeating “I don’t know her.” When my teacher ask the lady where her fetcher’s ID was, she said she had forgotten it at home. My mom came to fetch me five minutes later.
I saw another Vid like this way back And Way back A guy had a little boy's hand the boy was screaming and crying and trying to pull out the grip as I was watching from a far with my mom, I tugged on her shirt and and pointed at them, I knew something wasn't right....i said to my mom "that is not the boy's dad. " And my mom knew something was up too. We walked over and my mother asked him who he was to the boy, he tried to say he was his dad and I just said very loud "LIAR" my mother quickly snatched the boy from him and boy had said "I don't know Him! I don't know him!" I was old enough to understand how to take a picture so I grabbed my mother's phone and took a picture of the guy the guy ran away and we took the boy too look for his parents we couldn't find them so we took him to the police station and showed the picture to them Apparently the guy had been known for taking children. Selling drugs. And raping young woman. And was trying to be hunted Down. The police found his parents and his mom and dad thanked my and my mom and my mom and the boy's parents are now best friends I'm friends with the boy now and we're basically the same age He thanks me to this day for saving his life. Oh and the guy was caught and is still serving his time in prison.
They barely use sweets now, its old, everyones parents say "dont take candy from strangers" so i doubt 12% even use it anymore id downgrade it to about 6%
Interesting thing is I might have stopped a kidnapping (keep in mind that word "might"). I was taking one of my normal afternoon strolls through the park, and while I was cutting through the playground, I kept seeing this poorly dressed guy act all weird and trying to converse with kids. I thought nothing of it at first until I overheard him tell a kid that he had a 3DS that he could show this five-six year old boy at his car. As soon as I heard that, my hair-triggers went up and I flat-out confronted him. "Can I help you sir?" I asked in a suspicious tone with my slight southern accent while standing straight and tall. "I don't think you would need to man. I was just going to show my 3DS." this guy responded. "Odd thing to do, but sounds interesting; mind if I tag along?" I answered to this guy. He was just dumbfounded for words and at that point said "Never mind" with some excuse and walked off. Now, why I said might is there is no way I could have proved the guy was a kidnapper, but after seeing this video, it sure adds more to the idea that he was. Sorry for the rambling. Just wanted to share.
When I was 11 and walking home and someone drove up to me and asked did I need a ride home. I noticed that they had lots of bags and toys at the back of his car and said no. I ran away but saw he was driving after me. I got to my house and ran inside. Luckily he didn't see where I went. I never saw him again. Edit 1: thx guys I never had so many likes on a comment
Eoin Hoare i had sorta the same thing happen to me i missed the bus on my way to school so i started walking back to my house then a lady with her son (i know them ok but ive never really talked to them very much) and yes i know for a fact thats her son in the car... anyways she asked if i needed a ride to school i was sure she was safe but politely said no thank you my mom isnt working today. And she said ok and drove off i lnew pretty well she wouldnt hurt me but just to be careful i said no.
Tips if you are being kidnapped that my dad taught me 1. If they try to grab your wrist, pull back and put your hands up at about the same hight as your neck, palms facing them and slapping their hand if they try to grab you. Say kinda loudly, "stop, I don't know you, you aren't my parent, go away I don't know you," and the like, progressively getting louder. Other people could hear early on, and jump in and try to help, they are less likely if you just scream. Do the same if they grab your wrist and try to pull away. 2. If they grab you, loudly tell a specific person, even if you know nothing about them, to call the police or that you are being kidnapped, or the kidnapper isn't your parent. "Hey you, in the (outfit), call 911 (assuming you live in the US), this is not my mom/dad" this means they won't think someone else will call 911, since if you tell someone that they specifically have to do something, they are more likely to do something then if you tell a group, "someone please call 911" don't waste time saying please, you shouldn't spent the time to be polite, and you aren't asking them to call the police, you are telling them the have to call the police, so the don't feel like it is an option. 3. If no one is around, scream not "ahhh" or "help" but something like "CALL 911, I'M BEING KIDNAPPED!" or "IF YOU HEAR THIS CALL 911!" so anyone who hears knows for sure something is wrong. It means it is like you are telling them specifically that they have to call the police. 4. If you have to defend yourself, hit along the center of the body (eyes, ears, nose, mouth, neck, stomach, groin), and hit as hard as you can. If they hold you close to their body, do something like bring a knee to their groin, put your fingers like claws and go in front of their face, and then rake down, simultaneously bringing you knee down and stomping on their foot. If they grab you with their hands, try to put your fingers in their eyes. They will either let go to keep your hands out of their face, or let go because you just poked their eye as hard as you can. Then turn and run for your life, and run to the nicest looking person, and say something like, "a guy just tried to kidnap me, call 911". 5. Try to get somewhere with a bunch of people, since if more people see something, the kidnapper is more likely to back off.
When I was little, my mom told me that if a stranger picked me up and tried to abduct me, I shouldn't just scream, I should yell ”Help! This is not my mom/dad!”. That's because it's not unusual for young kids to throw tantrums and to scream, cry and resist even when held by their own parents at times. Therefore, other people might not realize that a child is being kidnapped if the child appears to just be throwing a tantrum. By actually yelling for help and to say that ”this is not my mom/dad”, it increases the chances that someone will step in. My mom also said that I should never just take someone's word for it if they claim that my parents have asked them to pick me up and that they will take me to them. I should never leave with a stranger without first talking to my mom, dad, teacher or whoever was watching me at the time.
Also; If a stranger is trying to grab u u should yell “ FIRE “ And not “StRaNgEr” As more ppl will come if there is a fire then when they see a kid screaming like a maniac then they will help chuu
We have a code word, so if someone is coming to pick us up we ask, what’s the code word, if we know it we can go with them, if there wrong we know they are not actually picking us up, this goes for our family members too, the code changes every time we use it.
A smart thing for when you have your own children (if you don't have them) is to go by 'Ren' or some unique name so if a kidnapper trys to say 'your mom/dad are in danger, come with me' your child can say 'i don't have a mom/dad' and the kidnapper doesn't have an excuse cause he doesn't know what they have
but that kidnapper might think he actually doesn't have parents and finds it as a free child convincing him to target him as child with no parents has a much lower chance of getting a report on it
I don’t agree with #12, I can understand what is behind this fear but sometimes one passes by a playground and stopping for a moment or two to watch children at play is nice and brings joy to a mundane day.
And sometimes, childless adults who often looking at kids at Playgrounds, especially elder ones, is sometimes... Well... Already lost their child(ren), most often tragically. Rather than accusing them of being child abductor, better try to speak with them and ask if they have children. If they end up sad looking and glassy eyed, those are poor guys who lost their children...
Eliezer Jonathan I am in total agreement, not every person is a monster. It can be as you said, loss is hard and the diversion of watching children at play is at times a nice thing to watch
KillerBebe Stopping to watch kids isn't the problem. Getting in amongst them, is. Trying to separate a kid from group, or latching on to kid alone is. It is about body language. Do you act comfortable and laugh? Or do you make a point of standing off by yourself? Looking around?
Watching this video brings back memories that I’ve forgotten since childhood. When I was around 13 years old, my younger sister (around 6 years old) and I were walking to our local library, when a truck driver pulled up beside us. He jumped out and told my sister and I that he was a close friend of our father’s from work (lucky guess on his part that my dad was also a truck driver). My sister instinctively believed him because my dad is naturally a friendly person and has friends everywhere, so why would this guy be different? I wasn’t as sure, so I asked him my dad’s name. He stumbled a bit but managed (again somehow successfully) to guess correctly. He then offered my sister and I a lift to the local library. However, he said it as offering my daughter and I a lift. I immediately knew something was really off. My sister was all for the lift (she hated to walk anywhere) but I protested saying it wasn’t too far away. He eventually left when he realised I wouldn’t give in. I took the name of the truck company (on the side of his truck) and his license plate and name (he told me that while trying to gain my trust, but it might’ve been a lie), and I went home and talked to my dad. We gave the police the details and I never heard what happened after. However, all I could think of after was what would’ve happened if I hadn’t been with my sister. So I’m really thankful for these warning videos, because people need to know how easy it is for kids to be lured in!
PrincessAthena7 when I was 8 some lady came up to me in a playground and asked if I wanted candy but I wasn't hungry and didn't want cavities so I said no, if I didn't have a dentist appointment the week before or food before I went to the playground I may of be abducted
This happens to me when I was 8 years old. I was in the mall and my dad is going to buy something in the store so he wanted to let me stand outside the toys store alone and before he leave, he told me not to talk or trust to strangers. After he leave me, I saw 2 women strangers with a child and they wanted me to ride at the carousel for free. They have their tickets at their hands. The child seems a little bit upset. The 2 strangers *FORCED* me to ride at the carousel and I keep ignoring them. I said that I was waiting for my dad to come back. They still forcing me to ride at the carousel. I keep saying no and finally, they ignored me. So, lil’ kids, do *NOT* say yes to strangers.
Number 7 was more creepy to me because when I was young my family and i were in the beach when a kid invited me to play. Of course i said yes because I was 5-6 years old, after 10 minutes my mom was calling me so that we could go home and I said bye to the kid and I remember 2 guys in the corner of my eye looking a bit disappointed. Edit: So many likes! ! My old record was 2!
Ethan Keddy true but they didnt really look alike. The kid had pale skin with black hair and blue eyes while the other adults had more darker skin with brown hair and eyes. But you could be right.
Bright Side I’m very VERY happy you made this. There is many cruel hearted people in this world. Stealing kids? You might think...”What the heck is in their minds”? Evil. Evil is my answer. This video may prevent less kidnapping. EVERYONE SHARE THIS WITH PARENTS FRIENDS AND FAMILY!! Edit: Thanks guys for the help!
Once when i went to africa, i was walking with my parents. I walked a little slower than them, and suddenly a man grabbed my arm and started asking where sm i going. I was scared and just froze, luckily before my parents turned around the corner, they checked on me. I was so happy that they looked at that moment, i knew what was going to happen. So i was so scared i couldnt move, speak, nothing.. just froze and looked at him.. If you are a dad/mom, make sure to check on your child every now and then. Edit: thanks for the likes :3
Ty, BRIGHT SIDE. This is gonna be very helpful in my life and help others too, I love the idea of u doing more vids like this, it’ll help raise my awareness in life, and help me look out for my little brother, too.
I mean how are you supposed to explain the signs then? I mean using these could be a bad idea since it tells viewers the signs. So someone could easily recognise them and catch you
I almost got kidnapped before. When I was 4 years old, I was holding my mother's hand, and I removed my hand from my mothers hand to hang out with my uncle, but he disappaerd. So I ran outside the mall to find someone to help me. There was a big van in front of me. The where people who look bulky. They asked, "Come here, its fun!". So I walked in the van, but my aunt saw me and grabed my arm and sent me to my mother. My mother told me not to let off ever again.
Ok a few weeks ago some man came up to me at the park at like 7:30 and asked me to help him find his missing dog, i said "Shouldn't you be asking a adult for help." Then i rode away on my bike home, keep in mind im 14 and this dude looked suspicious enough when he came up to me.
Okay, my strory 2 years ago when I was 11, I was walking to the school, after like 2 min walking, a car stopped at me and said "Let me send you to school" and I said "Thanks but my school was nearby" even though my school was like 1 kilometer away. After that, I walked away and he was looking at me and I heard he is sighing so I ran as fast as I could and after that, I told my father and my father send me to school after that, The End
The last tip says if he is dressed like a homeless person, he must be bad! But in all honesty, a nicely dressed guy could be a kidnapper and he is going to get away with it a lot easier too because no one seems to notice when I nicely dressed person is taking a kid away. There are some social experiments you can watch that proves my point.
They were referring to the fact that if the parent could afford decent clothes for their child, you'd expect that they'd be able to afford them for themselves (like what +Lightning Games said). But, yeah, I see where you're coming from.
They were referring to the fact that if the parent could afford decent clothes for their child, you'd expect that they'd be able to afford them for themselves (like what +Lightning Games said). But, yeah, I see where you're coming from.
Jacob G Phillips that wasn’t the point. The point was if the child and the adult were DIFFERENTLY dressed. It’s still suspicious if a nicely dressed man is leading a dirty looking child
True story. One day we were at Braum’s and I was looking at the ice cream menu. A strangely dressed woman said to me, “What’s your favorite flavor?” It creeped me out so I deliberately ignored her and went to stand by my parents who were nearby. After a few minutes, she said, “Oh.” and moved on. I think she thought I didn’t hear her. Watch for similar situations at fast food restaurants.
You need to say this to that abductor "I hate cookies. And my mom say eating cookies may harm you teeth" by the way this is serious and it is no laughing matter
Sometimes I wonder, do kidnappers watch these videos? And if so, couldn’t they perfect their abilities just by following (or avoiding) these examples? Idk just brainstorming here.
They wouldn't be able to avoid a child calling them "Ms" or "Mister". Even being called a first name by a child is suspicious. Some of these a child molester can avoid, but not all of these.
Kidnapper: hey kid want some candy Kid: what kind Kidnapper: come see Kid: I have gummy bears get in my car Kidnapper: no you're coming in my car Kid:*pulls out a gun* I said get in the car Edit: yes this kid is from the hood and is a gangsta incase you were wondering
God, number 10 makes me feel like a creep because when i was 18 i adopted a puppy from shelter. Because she wasn't socialized very well and there being a lot of schools around where i live that i started walking her around the same time the schools got out so she could socialized with kids, dogs and adults alike. I must have seen like a huge creep to some the parents.
*"If this video gets 50,000 likes, we'll give you tips on how to protect your child."* That's shallow. Like really, REALLY shallow. Unbelievably and disgustingly shallow.
To be honest I am not only watching this to avoid this from happening to me...but also to make sure I can be of hlp in such situation and also realize when it's happening
Not that most of this advice isn't good - but it's really only covering "stranger abductions", and overlooks the fact that most kidnappings are performed by a family member (49%) or friend of the family (27%) A stranger stealing your kid from you is the obvious fear - but sometimes the more dangerous threat is hidden behind a familiar face... and thinking that only a stranger can be a problem, leaves you defenseless to the other 75%
Grace the FNAF fox Unfortunately, that's the reason why that information never seems to get out. People would rather think they're safe because they're aware of the small things, than know about the big things.
Me after watching this video, Me sees a adult talking to a small child when I see their parents I tell them goo save your child and they run to look at some other kid Me : embarrassed**
1979 Abductor:Hey kid Kid:Yeah Abductor:Want some candy Kid:YESSSSSSS Abductor:Get in my van Kid:OK 2018 Abductor:Hey kid Kid:What Abductor:Want free wifi Kid: YESSSSSS Abductor:Get in my van Kid:OK
The puppy trick happen to me and my sister my sister wanted to go with him but I grabbed her and said we already have a dog the kidnapper said that his dog was fluffier and prettier than my dog but I said it was the same kind of dog but he said he had candy in his truck but we said we had candy in my wallet and I showed him he grabbed my sister but I grabbed her back I pulled the middle finger and kicked him in the nuts and ran with my sis back home.
Sadly this doesn't always happen the way people imagine. I was sitting at my apartment complex playground watching my daughter play when a man walked up, grabbed her and started walking away. I screamed at him to put her down, thankfully he did.
I’m not watching these types of videos for the sake of my safety...since I’m out around my town a lot I’m using this to atleast save someone else’s life..
I actually met a car driving kidnapper in my ballet school. This old lady inside a parked car was asking me for directions to a place. I couldn’t hear her correctly so I didn’t know what place she was saying. Then, I went a bit closer to her car but she was giving me a bad vibe so I stayed a bit far back from her. After that, she was going to offer me candy but my mom arrived and I left.
I am happy that they also show a woman trying to kidnap a child sice people always think that woman could never do anything to a child. You should never let something suspicious slide just because the other person is the opposite gender. Everyone can be good or evil. Those are just my thoughts. Good video by the way.
S. K. drawing fox True! Once, I was walking home from school when a white van, yes a literal, actual _white van_ pulled up driven by a woman in I guess her 30's or 40's. I believe her words were: "Do you want a ride? I'm not a serial killer." I am not even exaggerating; it was that awkward. I told her no, thanks; I preferred the exercise, and she left. I never saw her again. I did not think to check the license plate and report her, though.
I also once saw an older lady on a city bus beckoning and whispering to a kid that was not hers. The way she was interacting with him looked so suspicious. I was so shocked and confused, having never seen anything like that, that I did not know what to do, so I did nothing. I regret having not said something. If I ever see something like that again, I will not make the same mistake again, and I hope other people who read this also realize that nice-looking old ladies can be dangerous, too, and to say something If something looks suspicious!
agiar2000 wow that is creepy. Well it is pretty suspicious but most people would probably think something like: "maybe that old lady couldn't talk that loud and just asked him something" or "maybe that lady was just confused" Those are the excuses we often make since we are often to scared to step in. But when I witness something like this now, I'll definitely try to step in.
S. K. drawing fox Right! Maybe the lady was not as bad as I feared, but I wish that, as I was getting off the bus, I had at least walked up to the woman who brought the boy onto the bus (I presume his mother) and politely asked her if she knew the lady behind us sitting and talking with her boy. At least then, the guardian's attention would have been refocused on the child, and she could make her own decision about what to do.
Yeah, my daughter has this thing for putting her hands on people and I think that it could come to use with a kidnapper because she’ll most likely kick the kidnapper in the part and kick them in the knee cap and bite and scratch them.
When I was a little girl, a weird woman asked me if I wanted to sign up of a modeling school because I looked really pretty. I said “I know im pretty but I don’t need ur help” kicked her and ran off, she chased me but tripped and fell into a mud puddle. I will always remember how i was such a badass kid😂😂
Kidnapper: I got some imperial propaganda and a squad of stormtroopers in my van Me: For the Empire! *3 weeks later* *An imperial stormtrooper rank commander has gone missing*
I remember standing at the park with my dog just looking at the kids playing and it reminded me of my child of playing at the park with my friends After watching this it made me feel like I was scaring the kids or offending the parents. Then the little girl asked if she could pet my dog I look at the parent and said “is is okay “ he walked over and said it was okay Thank you for reading my short story if you made it this far 😄
my version kidnapper do you like wifi? me:BOI IM IN THE MIDDLE OF TAGGING YOUR HOUSE WITH MY SYMBOL,.... so to awnser your question yes... but IVE GOT DATA

One time i was at the shop with my mum and there was this 15 ish girl alone and this 60 ish year old man said “hey I know your mum she told me to pick you up and take you to the park.” And she said “Um okay?” And I said “No I actually will take her. Omg he's right this video could of helped the kidnapers know what to avoid

Mr M the best ways are to stay around your child , give them phone to call police , to track them or teach them self defence techniques.
That’s so true ☹️☹️ (p.s. your profile pic is my fav character from Fairy Tail)
Me too 💀💀
I remember as a kid I was told multiple times to never go with strangers or people who gave me candy for free, so when I got lost once in the beach and a guy came to me, I was both scared and desperate for help .
Dimm Nogal
Omg it happened to me the exact same thing.
Very nice of that guy to help ya

A guy had a little boy's hand the boy was screaming and crying and trying to pull out the grip as I was watching from a far with my mom, I tugged on her shirt and and pointed at them, I knew something wasn't right....i said to my mom "that is not the boy's dad. "
And my mom knew something was up too.
We walked over and my mother asked him who he was to the boy, he tried to say he was his dad and I just said very loud "LIAR" my mother quickly snatched the boy from him and boy had said "I don't know Him! I don't know him!" I was old enough to understand how to take a picture so I grabbed my mother's phone and took a picture of the guy the guy ran away and we took the boy too look for his parents we couldn't find them so we took him to the police station and showed the picture to them
Apparently the guy had been known for taking children.
Selling drugs.
And raping young woman.
And was trying to be hunted Down.
The police found his parents and his mom and dad thanked my and my mom and my mom and the boy's parents are now best friends
I'm friends with the boy now and we're basically the same age

Wow, what brave you are!
This is why I always held onto my parents hand tightly wherever we went
Tips if you are being kidnapped that my dad taught me
Someone watches Wengie 😂
Bella MacDougall um, I've never heard of it
Bella MacDougall I watch wengie
Flare Nova and what if they have grabbed u by the neck and there is no one around?
poke their eyes, kick him in the balls or bite their arms
Also;
If a stranger is trying to grab u u should yell “ FIRE “
And not “StRaNgEr”
As more ppl will come if there is a fire then when they see a kid screaming like a maniac then they will help chuu
Thanks for the tip! :D
I am a kid
Smart
We have a code word, so if someone is coming to pick us up we ask, what’s the code word, if we know it we can go with them, if there wrong we know they are not actually picking us up, this goes for our family members too, the code changes every time we use it.
9:26 some parents are in the Military and ask their children to call them sir or ma’am. So ask if they’re related first.
My grandma was in the military
It is weird
ik im late but lying exists
A smart thing for when you have your own children (if you don't have them) is to go by 'Ren' or some unique name so if a kidnapper trys to say 'your mom/dad are in danger, come with me' your child can say 'i don't have a mom/dad' and the kidnapper doesn't have an excuse cause he doesn't know what they have
but that kidnapper might think he actually doesn't have parents and finds it as a free child convincing him to target him as child with no parents has a much lower chance of getting a report on it
@@Hydris_Hydra5017 Yes I agree
I don’t agree with #12, I can understand what is behind this fear but sometimes one passes by a playground and stopping for a moment or two to watch children at play is nice and brings joy to a mundane day.
KillerBebe true
That’s a common way Kids get snatched though, and im sure you’ll be able to tell if it’s some guy that look like he don’t needa be anywhere near a park

2 years ago when I was 11, I was walking to the school, after like 2 min walking, a car stopped at me and said "Let me send you to school" and I said "Thanks but my school was nearby" even though my school was like 1 kilometer away. After that, I walked away and he was looking at me and I heard he is sighing so I ran as fast as I could and after that, I told my father and my father send me to school after that, The End

If I were a dumb child, and someone asks me to ride on a mottercycle, one of the two things will happen:
1. I'd be too scared
2. I'd fall mid-ride
And most likely be dead so you're safe.

He meant the difference between the kid's dressing and the person taking him away. If a kid is wearing expensive clothes, why wouldn't his "dad" wear?
They were referring to the fact that if the parent could afford decent clothes for their child, you'd expect that they'd be able to afford them for themselves (like what +Lightning Games said). But, yeah, I see where you're coming from.

Agreed

Abductor: Do you want some candy?
Kid: nah I have enough cookies at my house.

Sometimes I wonder, do kidnappers watch these videos? And if so, couldn’t they perfect their abilities just by following (or avoiding) these examples? Idk just brainstorming here.
currently LOADING Yeah, but we also learn more about how they think
They wouldn't be able to avoid a child calling them "Ms" or "Mister". Even being called a first name by a child is suspicious. Some of these a child molester can avoid, but not all of these.

Lol

Nah not at all, some of these are a little off the rail.
Wow...that’s a bit odd but atleast you helped a dog and made kids happy
It's OK you were hardly going to kidnap anyone

Not that most of this advice isn't good - but it's really only covering "stranger abductions", and overlooks the fact that most kidnappings are performed by a family member (49%) or friend of the family (27%)
A stranger stealing your kid from you is the obvious fear - but sometimes the more dangerous threat is hidden behind a familiar face... and thinking that only a stranger can be a problem, leaves you defenseless to the other 75%
But they can't really make a video telling people not to trust their family or friends.
Virgo Lexus Which is a pity, because family and friends are the ones we most frequently turn a blind eye to, when the warning signs are there.
great now I am terrified
Grace the FNAF fox Unfortunately, that's the reason why that information never seems to get out. People would rather think they're safe because they're aware of the small things, than know about the big things.

Sadly this doesn't always happen the way people imagine. I was sitting at my apartment complex playground watching my daughter play when a man walked up, grabbed her and started walking away. I screamed at him to put her down, thankfully he did.

Same!
What if someone thinks that YOU'RE a kidnapper or a kid that works for them
Same
(...also, you are a hero!)
S. K. drawing fox
True!
S. K. drawing fox
Right!
"people always think that woman could never do anything to a child." that's sexist...

They maybe don’t like the advice, don’t assume, god.
“Kids are kind and trustful”
I think the opposite
Maybe you right XD
Yeah, my daughter has this thing for putting her hands on people and I think that it could come to use with a kidnapper because she’ll most likely kick the kidnapper in the part and kick them in the knee cap and bite and scratch them.
When I was a little girl, a weird woman asked me if I wanted to sign up of a modeling school because I looked really pretty. I said “I know im pretty but I don’t need ur help” kicked her and ran off, she chased me but tripped and fell into a mud puddle. I will always remember how i was such a badass kid😂😂
Uhh. You know, if she didn't ask you yo go with her, she could've meant it? If its a sign up thing you seriously could've been a model
