This is my favorite type of video: (i) case study (ii) visuals and whiteboards (vs. long talk with less structure behind a table).
BONUS: When giving a lot of tips/implementation, please hierarchize them (cf. 7 Ways to Get People to Buy More Times).

I agree - a lot more "value per minute" watching than the other videos where he had to try to coordinate discussions and opinions from others in the room and try to steer them towards value. Haven't been able to finish a single one of those videos - but still grateful for it all considering the best we had a few months ago was gary vee talking about empathy and passion.

Something that I think would be absolutely genius would be if you created playlists with all the videos you have made with important concepts that apply for businesses at a certain stage and organize them in a course-like format.
For example: Playlist of videos for business from 0-50k, 50k - 100k, 100k to 500k, 500k to 1m, etc. and create a sort of "full TH-cam business course." It would be crazy.
I'm pretty sure this would unlock a new level of value to your channel never seen before, as people are going to be able to structurely study your videos and make the most out of it - which I'm pretty sure is your end goal.
And well, you already have the videos, you just hae to add them into the playlists and organize them into each specific course as video #1, #2, #3, etc. - and from this point on, label the new videos accordingly into the bucket that they apply to.
And then, obviously, promote the playlists in your videos so people get to know about them.
    What do you think?

60 FPS aint it imo! But the value is always amazing! Curious to see if the frame rate changes engagement metrics. Although 60 gives more of the 'authentic' feel its almost too jarring. I feel like 24 FPS is the sweet spot and easier on the eyes (AKA goes unnoticed)

    • @donnycamp5966
      @donnycamp5966 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

kind of out of the box, and I got no evidence to back this however, maybe higher frame rates for moments of high emotion to intensify and lower fps for moments of reflection. Haven't heard of changing frame rates mid video much but hey, you never know.

Hey Alex. I watched your Skool video on your new channel and made a similar comment there. I have noticed this video has an SEO score of only 20% which is a huge bottleneck for views and subscribers. I have not checked your other videos, but I am convinced a lot of them also have a very low score. Your channels can do a lot better. You may have 2.76 million subscribers but your views and subscribers will increase a lot faster if you increase your SEO score to at least 85% to 100%. You may think "what is he talking about, he only has 2 followers". This is a new channel and I haven't yet started working on it. Two of my other five channels have millions of subscribers and a lot more views. I will start uploading videos on this channel soon, and it will take off quite quickly. I also noticed that you don't really reply to comments. Engagement is super-important. I hope you see this comment and implement these strategies, it will be a game-changer... Even for an already successful person.

@@oberzoka Beyond the razor itself, here are other "VALUES" you can offer your customers:
Pre-Shave Products: Pre-shave oil: This softens the beard and protects the skin from irritation.
Shaving cream or soap: Provides lubrication and helps the razor glide smoothly.
Anti-shaving bumps: (very important for ethnic skins)
Shaving Tools: Shaving brush: Exfoliates the skin, lifts the beard hairs, and helps create a rich lather.
Shaving bowl: A container for lathering the shaving cream or soap.
Post-Shave Care: Aftershave balm: Soothes the skin, reduces irritation, and provides moisture.
Styptic pencil: Helps stop minor cuts quickly.
Optional Accessories: Strobe light or magnifying mirror: Provides better visibility for detail-oriented shaving.
Razor strop: Used to maintain the edge of the razor blade.
Education: Videos showing people how to shave different types of beards correctly.
