Thank you so much. You give very valuable informations, I watch all your videos and I think your channel is the best, you give the details that no one mentioned what I reaaly like. Please keep going. You deserve all the support ! Thank you 🌷
Hey guys first of all thank you so much for the info you are providing to us, you have taken me from 0 to 95 in 2 days regarding smma and everything I need to know, I just have one question which still isn’t clear , how do I measure my results for a physical store, be it a doctor , a gym, e mechanic etc., How will my client and I know that the new customer of his was prompted through the ads , any explanation or an in depth video would be super helpful, congratulations keep up the good work, greetings from Athens🇬🇷
Love it! Love following your progress in the comments! Gym, doctors, and mechanics are fairly easy to track attribution for as you are usually running a lead gen / 3-step funnel model (we cover this is great detail in The SMMA Blueprint) - but to paraphrase - Those type of businesses are focused on leads. If you run an ad, send that traffic to a lead capture form, and people begin converting / opting in - you have a clear path for attribution : ) Physical store is tougher. It is much less easy to track and for those type of local businesses it is more of a long term play. Smart business owners know that there is a residual effect to marketing and it might take some time for folks to begin visiting the store and for them to feel and uptick. You could also always provide coupons and other offers which they redeem and the owner can see those being used and see attribution for your efforts. That said, it can be ambiguous, hence we work with clients that we can run straight lead gen strategies for and have no grey area on attribution.
So let me get this straight , you send them a contract they signed you have them book a call for another day to then send them the invoice after ? I’m confused I normally send agreement and invoice together and once they pay I send them the onboarding call automatically after they pay
You can schedule the call whenever, we normally do it after the agreement is signed as we have had onboarding calls in the past for people that then decided to not move forward and was a waste of our time
Hey. I told my client to give access to my facebook account. I got admin access and now when I go to ads manager, on the top left corner, under business account shows only my client's business and down under your account is my fb account and it says 1 ad account. When i tried to run ads it said select page and I chose my client's page. is this the right way? And if so, all of my clients' ads will be shown in one ad manager? Should i ask my next client to give me access to his facebook account so i don't mess up?
Just get the sign-in information from your client after they create the ad account. That way, your client is paying for the ad spend and you can run the ads on their account without having to worry about your other clients.
the advice from the other comment is actually incorrect and is a violation of facebook and every other ad platforms terms of service. The client will create an ad account with meta business suite / facebook business manager / ads manager and they will add you into their ad account as an ad manager. facebook.com/business/help/195296697183682
@@2GuysBuildaBiz That is so true, I was searching for this answer from so long. I had 2 business managers shut down of different clients due to this mistake. You are a genius, Thanks!
Will there be a point where when you start hiring people that you take less responsibility for the way things are running so you can sort of just sit back and watch it run
Hey CV - We have close to 20 team members including operations team members who take care of our client onboarding - however we still like to be involved and show face in front of clients as the leaders of the company. We have very large retainers (all 10k+) at this point, so the more face time that we can get with clients does nothing but improve retention and income into the business
I think youre meant to get them to either add you to their ad account as manager if they already have one or get them to make it then add you. From there since its already their ad account just tell them to add their payment info then you do your thing.

Great information, thank you! Next time, can you not have your cam over the words...
Very helpful video! Question, is the SMMAblueprint a one time purchase or monthly charged?
One time purchase :) stoked you found it valuable!
Should I first go over the Demo call and then get the contract signed?
Whats the difference between the "Onboarding call" and the "kick-off call" ?
same thing
Do you guys have your clients verify their business managers during the onboarding process?
Came here for this question as well.
Hey man, where can we get access to this Onboarding Process slide? We can’t see the last 2 parts, it would help if we could get access!
thanks alot man
you know it! appreciate the positive feedback 👏🏻

Really great video. Something i was wondering is How do you get access to your clients' facebook ads, Manger after you sign the contract?

So how many calls is there in the onboarding
it depends on you. if you close the client on first call. then you can do second call for access their ad accounts and pages
I can't find anywhere how to set up account permissions and billing setup for them to pay for the ads. Can someone point me in the right direction?
LEGITTTTT IVE BEEN SEARCHING EVERYWHEREEEE

Can i edit your videos?
