Hello Tachap - No matter what people are saying, I am happy for you, appreciate you take the time to tour the farm house. Smart idea to cover-up with screen in the area of outside.
Good morning brother! It’s interesting that you opt out of interior access to the second floor. One thing I can’t stand is the wet showers bathroom. Other than that, I love your property.
I'm glad you installed the screen protections to all rooms and that makes a big difference. I would plant more shrubs and coconut trees around the house to keep the constant windflow and breezes. Sounds like a good deal for the property in the country side. Do you feel safe there? Good luck with your retirement plans 🎉
@tachapchannel I grew up in Phnom Penh City way back in the 60s and I always like to live in the suburbs around the city but not the country side unless you like to do some huge gardening or farming. I will be 70 years soon and I'm done with any of those physical works. Again, good luck with your plans!
Wow bong congratulations you are living the life I always wanted it. I’m not in favor of the wet bathroom for some reason. Why do you have so many bar on the windows? How much does it cost you to build the two story home? Thank you so much for taking the time to share your farmland.
Yeah, wet shower is a no-go for me. Every time I visit, l’ve got to have a modern bathtub. Preferably, a stand-up shower with glass partitions. Not too crazy about bathtubs either.
