Our Interests in Child Rights and Protection
As a leading child welfare and social development organization, SOS Children’s Villages in Ghana has implemented community activities aiming to advocate for child rights and child protection.
These initiatives empower children to understand their rights and equip them with relevant information to make informed decisions on matters that influence their lives, ensuring their survival in a democratic world. Prominent among these rights are the right to education, health, family life, and an adequate standard of living, as well as the right to be protected from abuse and harm.
