Diplomatic Immunity and Raiding Party are the same other than Diplomatic Immunity is for Federation allied characters and Raiding Party is for KDF allied characters, getting those unlocked will enable you to get a button to click to give a friend or any other player in the game either the Diplomatic Immunity or Raiding Party buff, which increases their sector space flight speed. You can be buffed with both, and they do stack with one another, but you can only buff someone with Diplomatic Immunity with a Federation character and you can only buff someone with Raiding Party with a KDF character. Having both of these buffs helps in completing the daily mission Tour the Galaxy, so though you can't buff yourself you can buff someone else and then have them buff you. The Diplomatic Immunity and Raiding Party buffs last for 1 hour even if you switch characters, so for example if you are on a Federation character who can grant Diplomatic Immunity and your friend is on a Federation character who can grant Diplomatic Immunity you can buff each other, then you can have your friend switch to a KDF character who can grant the Raiding Party buff, so your character can have both buffs at the same time boosting your sector space travel speed even more. I recommend having a Fed character who can grant Diplomatic Immunity and a KDF character who can grant Raiding Party and have a friend who can grant both too, you can buff each other, have your friend switch characters and buff you with the other, then have your friend switch back to the character who you buffed originally and you switch to a character who can buff your friend with the other buff, then switch back to your character that has both buffs active. Again these buff last for 1 hour whether you're logged into that character or not, so switching characters to buff someone with the other buff and switching back you'll still have those buffs on your character.

K if u open the duty officer menu and go to Overview you'll see the sick bay option on the bottom left. Now u will not have any duty officers in the sick bay unless they failed and it results in a Disaster. Then those duty officers will appear in the Sick bay submenu with a time limit until you can use them again because the Disaster result renders said duty officers injured and have to heal over time. I think the time limit is 20 hrs I'm not sure. I'll comment again if it happens to me before u.

Maybe if u go to Roster and go down ur list of duty officers individually and if u remember they have a Dossier which tells u their name, race, gender, traits and specialization, at the very bottom it will normally say if they are active or on reserve it may say they are injured or in sick bay and should have a time limit next to it showing how long before u can use that officer again. Try that and let me know👍👍
@@captainronphillips ok so I currently have 12 on a mission called sick bay 5 officers then I have another 5 officers then I have another 2 more in a mission called sick bay what I’m trying to figure out is why is it showing that 12 is in sick bay...?

Look at time 1:22 of video and you'll see Sick bay on bottom left of screen. Again u can't access Sick bay if u have no injured duty officers👍👍
