Review is upcoming. Between some traveling (non motorcycle unfortunately) and the weather I haven’t had a chance to get a good long highway test in yet.
I have now tried it from the road. My wife did complain that it picked up some wind noise on the interstate but for town travel and under 60mph it worked well. A friend and I took a little trip and it was about the same…higher speeds led to picking up wind noise. The internal mics are descent but a boom mike is just better I think.
It is supposed to be compatible with Cardo systems. I’ve a trip with a buddy in a few weeks where I’ll test it out…and finish up my review. Between traveling an the weather I haven’t gotten to give it a good test. It will connect with up to 4 riders.
An update to this for Cardo units. It will not connect with the DMC mesh. You will need to pair it with Bluetooth. So it will work with a Cardo unit but the range is shortened.
@@BestoftheBackroads Thanks for the video. I’ve got a Cardo *Spirit* in the box, but I read that the speakers were too thick to fit in the AT960’s shallow speaker cut-outs. The Spirit is the cheaper (still expensive!), no-frills Cardo model. Did the Cardo that you replaced the proprietary Scorpion comm unit with fit and work well for you in this helmet?
Review of it? How does it sound at highway speeds + earplugs listening to music through it

@@BestoftheBackroads 3 month update?
Hey. I have one but just removed it. Sound was great, but nobody could really hear me talking, phone call or linked. Have you tried on the road?

@@BestoftheBackroads yeah, wondered if I could retro fit a boom mic.
Where is the mic located?
The mic is integrated in the ear pieces. It does a good job picking up under 60 mph or so but i does pick up some wind noise at interstate speeds.
I bought the ridekingz and I’m concerned it will suck
How many people with this communicate with ? Will it work with Cardo systems

These microphones are very low quality. Definitely not worth the sells price
I have to agree. I went back to a Cardo.

Don't seem to know the difference between a button and a snap. He is clueless. Better videos around
