    Thank you for this. I was always wondering about the 2.5w chassis.

      You are welcome. I am not sure it's better. It is just different. It won't fit under certain bodies though. The Toyota LMS 102mm body is one.

    Great video, I’ve been really enjoying your content. I have been eye balling one of these 2.5W chassis, but I don’t have a local track to race at so I don’t need one. I just think they look sweet
    I appreciate your honest opinion that you don’t notice much of a difference. All I hear is hype around these chassis

      One of my best racing buddies and I started our own track. We ordered 2 Wide Ls, a Large Radius Oval and he also ordered 25 blank square RCP tiles to make massive straightaways 3 tiles wide. We also ordered our own timing system. It cost about $1300 so far and we are not done yet. 👍 It is approaching epic! : )
      Don't let anything stop you. Decide, and then go do it! Do not rely on other people to provide you with what you want. - Unless you live near me, then let's go racing! 😉

      @@EXPIOWA I did almost exactly this, although I haven't splurged for the large oval. My wife has let me set up most of the two L's inside (I know, lucky guy), but I have dreams of building a larger platform in the garage that I can raise and lower.
      Out of curiosity, two years on, how is it going with your track? Any storage, maintenance, or other tips? Once I have something decent setup I am hoping to start having neighborhood track days, but it will be a while...

    0:36 this is the philosophy I base all my build on. In my experience, red is fastest but closely followed by gold.

    I am a beginner of Miniz. What is the orange rectangular thing on top of the car? Thank you for your video!

      That is a transponder so the timing system can uniquely identify your car and record your laps.

    What is the wheelbase for this?

    Do you think this is a faster chassis vs box stock?

      Btw, I had a blast racing with you last night man! Thanks for waiting for James and I

      Possibly. It seems to work well. It is certainly stronger.

    I did a conversion from mm to lm and now the dif rear axle has side to side play like 2 mil is that normal?

    • @EXPIOWA
      @EXPIOWA  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      The LM axle is wider than the others. You will need the narrower axle shaft. The gear diff is the same on both.

    Every 1 knows colored parts are faster, very underestimated. Remember with great knowledge comes great responsibility. Add flames to the body and your car will break the dimensions of time and space allowing you to time travel
