I got interested in data science. I am working in a MNC. First decided to start with data analyst and checked internally in my organization if there is any team as such. Then found one and checked what skills required to become a data analyst and got to know about Power BI. The hiring team said doing some courses is not enough but to do a project on my own. I fixed a deadline for three months. Learned it completely from TH-cam for two months and in the third month I did a project on my own with complex dax function and got the job.

UI/UX don't requires a coding knowledge you just need to learn the UI/UX tools that's it. Just take a udemy course for the time being you I'll have good idea about that udemy course cost you around 500rs during offer time
Programming/Coding is the fundamentals of IT job. All other are non-IT. Do not be afraid of coding, it is so easy. I am in coding for last 20 years, trust me, i use to be feared of coding, now every thing is changed.
