I listened to the entire presentation. I am about to turn 74 and have always been active yet I do feel like my legs are weaker lately. You have given me reminders to get back on track with healthy habits, like eating whole, healthy foods and walking daily. I do yoga almost every morning and that helps alleviate stiffness. I am more motivated to eat daily Greek yogurt and salmon, sardines, and mackerel after listening to this. Thank you!

I totally agree with you. I'm 64 years and still working. I do not go on the lift coz I love challenging myself walking the stairs. I love to walk to the shops and market as well. I also challege myself to eat organic food and I feel great.
