Hope you got some value out of this mammoth of a video lol. If you want to hear more about what I'm learning and reading every week, join LifeNotes: ttps://go.aliabdaal.com/lifenotes/yt
It's not all about talent. It's about dependability, consistency, and being able to improve. If you work hard and you're coachable, and you understand what you need to do, you can improve.🎉
I love this so much! I mean part of it is because my day job here in Canada is being a strategy and foresight consultant and the other part because I'm a newish mom and trying to get business/ volunteer stuff and creative pursuits all done. so in general I love watching how people arrive at whatever they are working on. Thanks and yes please share more process videos like this. Goodluck with the next iteration of the lab.
Ali, Ali, Ali, The best time of the year is seeing you reflect on your journey. I've been following you for almost three years, and your life story always inspires me. I'm not sure why, but I’ve found so many things that resonate with me. I’m not saying you’re perfect, but I do see you as an honest person, at least from my perspective, who truly wants to make a difference in people’s lives. Much love to you! My prayers are with you. :)
The natural, no filter presentation genuinely makes this video more appealing, as we are fed up of people just pushing advice in all forms of media. This video also highlights the lengths your team has gone through to achieve the business goals. Kudos to you!! 🎉❤
Hives format goes crazy. Although, your hook was a lot longer than any of mine. The overlap of business and productivity is right in the sweet spot of stuff if I like!
What I love about this channel is that you had great success, but you stayed the same person without getting arrogant, or became even more authentic! Congrats on the wedding, wishing you guys the best! 😊
I found this immensely useful as someone looking to start multi million dollar businesses with no business experience. These types of videos help me brainstorm and expand my vision. Thank you for sharing your knowledge!
Hey Ali, I got to say, this is been my favorite video of the year - of all the creators I follow. (For the record, I only follow a few). I've been in business for a will (done for you services) but didn't like the fact that I could nit leverage my time (or effort). So a year I go I made the decision to productize my service offering - like you said - intense bursts of creation. What this video did for me, was show me, that even the journey has been messy (product development), I'm still on the right track. Getting the product done, get it out, getting it wrong and improving on it, is all apart of the process. I really enjoyed this video man.
I just watched the entire video start to finish, these are my fave videos from your channel. The really behind the scenes in depth long form. So interesting, thank you for being so open, honest and sharing.
Thank you so much. It was one of the most important videos I've seen this year. I'm in the process of building a community right now and watching it was just the class I needed. You're the best.
Hey Ali. To be truthful I always skip your video without watching them till the end. But this one was different. While hearing your journey, I kind of questioned myself about my life and where it is going. This might not be directly relevant to the topic that you were talking about in this video but definitely it gave me the best advice on seeing myself growing into the person that I want to be in my future. This Process should be Effective, Intentional and enjoyable as you said. Thanks a lot man.
Been watching you for over 2 years now Ali. Commenting from another new channel we just started today. Can’t deny how much I’ve learned from you. Also before I miss this Congratulations on your marriage. Listening now to this ……. Have a wonderful week - Charlotte
Hi Ali, another great video, hugely valuable. Keep following your gut instinct about what your audience wants/needs. My two takeaways are you can't magic your way to your dreams, you have to find a way to 'do the work'. Your course provides people with more framework however you can't 'make them' put in the effort. My second takeaway is about being very clear what you want the goals from any exercise to be. Thanks once again and of course congratulations on all your recent personal good fortune/milestones 😊
I’m sold on Productivity Pirates! “Join the Crew” and the skull like pirate logo?! I really dig it! I love a good word like Lab too, but the vibe of Productivity Pirates is fun! Lab is fitting because it’s like focus. But with the whole productivity being fun and enjoying more of what matters, Productivity Pirates I really think is more fitting for the brand. Just my two cents!

It's a long journey to our success. I wish good luck to everyone reading this comment.
I would like to thank you for this amazing video I enjoyed every moment of it because I got some value about starting and managing a business launching a product and how a successful Entrepreneur runs his business I really appreciate that and am looking forward to learning more from you.
I like your modular and corporate infographic UI. I actually make my notes to look like your websites and videos. using rounded boxes and flaticon icons. And gradient text.
I'd say the destination for me if I wanted to double my productivity would be feeling fulfilled that I'm living to my potential, I'm doing all that I can everyday, that would keep me happy and satisfied daily, to that there is an element of what the direction is for that potential, but that is another topic I guess.
I've been subbed to this channel for more years than I can remember now, and while this is a bit dark I gotta ask, does it kind of suck spending years through medical school just to leave the field and do business instead? I'd love to hear your insight on what it's like abandoning something you've invested in to try something new, because I don't think most people can do that even if they knew they had a chance to be successful
You are going to be an awesome dad Mr Pirate! Although, between the kids and you, Izzy is going to have her hands full! Lol! On a more serious note, I garnered much knowledge - business and personal - from both of your most recent postings (Izzy's and yours). Thank you BOTH for sharing, it really helps us all. ❤
Thank you so much Ali ,i watched the whole video really interesting The most valuable lesson that I learnt from you Ali Is Provide value to people in exchange of money Please keep sharing
research is a very important part of anyone's journey to success and i absolutely love the information you provide hahaha. this was definitely very helpful!

Hey Ali, really love your content and the aesthetics, look and feel of your brand. Just got curious to know which software you are using in this video to explain stuff. Is it a mindmapping software if "YES" can you suggest the name?
I took the PART TIME TH-camR Academy. Absolutely awesome Programm. When you think what a single sponsorship brings you… I closed a contract about 10k last month and made over 1 million with TH-cam so far, more close to two million. But money aside : I realized that is what I love, my place in life.
Marine Bio for kids - to get interested at young age. Or, Marine Bio for teens wanting to go into that field so they see what it's really like, their professional options, suggested courses in college beyond what's required but would still be very helpful.

I watched all the way through! It is so helpful being taken through your teams process, your thought process, and all of the details.
Ali is so back!
Productivity Pirates does sounds fun tho, we just steal more time.
Thank you so much for sharing what you actually did for your business. I always find it more valuable to learn from what people do instead of what they.
Glad you listened to your team. Productivity privates is not the way 😂.
Well done! Your videos are always worth the time. Thank you for sharing.
I liked: new product requires intensity.
All I could think when Ali was writing was, "Man, I also have terrible handwriting."
As someone who wants to start something for the future at a young age, ty ali ❤
I love seeing you really fight for the Productivity Pirate.. I’m not really sure if you’re also a fan of Peter McKinnon.. 😆
I've been watching your video for more than 4 years.. from Bangladesh
Should have gone with Time Lords, lol 😂
Hey Ali, really love your content and the aesthetics, look and feel of your brand. Just got curious to know which software you are using in this video to explain stuff. Is it a mindmapping software if "YES" can you suggest the name?
I think he mentioned Figma for mapping
Students Schools could benefit from this in their remote time
Love this kind of content!
would you please make a behind the scenes video the process of creating a course
PS like if you like the idea 👍🏼

Greg and Ali looks similar!!
Productivity Pirates - Ali you're a dork. But you're a 6M subscriber dork 😂
Great insight and advice. Stay Uncommon!
I have to agree with your team Productivity pirates sounds playful. It’s not easy to take it serious.
Should I learn skills and freelance while preparing for a serious, almost toughest exam ?
Productivity Pirates - Great for designs and fun. But does not align with your target audience.
I just want to ask something, I have an immense interest in marine biology, but idk how to turn it into something, could you maybe give a few ideas ?
Hi! Have you thought of using AI to brainstorm ideas? Worth a shot
@DelinaYemDaw I did but considering I'm insanely young (13) not everything is as easy

How can i make that kind of video placeholder animated outline? Does anybody know?
